El sistema bancario deficiente. Dos tarjetas de distintos bancos chilenos no funcionaban. Tuvimos que usar una tercera tarjeta Itaú para poder pagar. Muy engorroso. Costaba mucho conseguir un te negro al desayuno, mucho ruido el fin de semana.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso,camas confortáveis, toalhas e roupas de cama de boa qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, café da manhã ótimo, comodidade de ter opções de restaurantes bons nas instalações do hotel.
Não tivemos nenhum ponto negativo com relação ao hotel.
El lugar,está junto al río con una linda playa para juegos. Si uno va a descansar o a practicar algún deporte como tenis o golf es ideal.
Las instalaciones deterioradas especialmente en la habitaciones,había olor a humedad,pisos sucios y en algunas no había agua caliente, una lástima que no inviertan en mejorarlas con lo que cobran.

Все говорят только по ипански. Отсутствие кофемагины в номере и вообще какой либо посуды и столовых приборов. Душ встроенный в стену. Постоянно закрытый спортзал. Так и не удалось туда сходить. Проблемы с коммуникаций из за языка
