nice rooms, lifts were slow
Location is great, nice view towards the river from room, staff were all very friendly, i was able to check in early.
The hotel corridor and room are scruffy, carpet seems very dusty (especially the corridor), bathroom floor and tile not very clean at all, the handheld shower head was leaking (water spraying out from the back of shower head when in use), minibar tray & spoons appear dirty. Stayed on 5th floor and can hear traffic noise from street until very late night.
