Pillows are terrible, far too thick and firm. Shower Was really bad, water did not remain in the shower area needs a door fitted / or a bigger screen installed.

Location was great
The TV's don't connect to Samsung phones meaning you can't watch any streaming services. It's a known problem apparently.so be wary Samsung users. The toilet cistern broke on the first use. The manager attended and offered to fix the issue. As it was after hours we asked to be moved to another room for ease for everyone. Manager then informed us that the site was oversold. Said he had never seen the issues before and accused us of misuse and offered to cancel our accommodation. No apology. Half an hour later we got moved to another room despite the no vacancy.
The room was clean and comfortable and the views to the river were fantastic
