Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.

Please note that bookings are subject to a Heritage fee of MYR 5 per room, per night. This is payable directly to the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A perfect location with plenty of family activities nearby.
Pros:

The bed, pillows, and bedroom size were great. The location is also convenient if you’re planning family activities like visiting Malaysia Heritage Studios, the zoo, Melaka Wonderland, and Muzium Orang Asli. It’s also close to the highway toll, which makes travelling around easier.

Cons:

Perhaps can update the website information. I try to see the hotel's spa package but when i search at the Ames's website, the spa redirect me to 404 not found page. I try using various browser apart from Google but it still give me the same result.
