La cosa che mi ha colpito di più durante il soggiorno è stata senza dubbio la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Dalla reception al ristorante, fino al personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere, ho trovato sempre persone sorridenti, cortesi e pronte a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. Sono stati inoltre sempre disponibili a dare consigli e suggerimenti utili su cosa fare e come muoversi a Kathmandu, facendomi sentire davvero benvenuto e a mio agio. Un’attenzione al cliente che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Avendo mangiato tutti i giorni sia per pranzo che per cena al ristorante dell'albergo forse una maggiore diversificazione del menù sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Ma comunque la roba del mangiare era molto buona.

My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Imperial for a week last month and found it excellent in every way. Our room was large and very comfortable with many thoughtful amenities, breakfasts were delightful, and we enjoyed both restaurants. Most of all, the staff were unfailingly welcoming, helpful, friendly, and cheerful - special thanks to Ashok and Sanish at the Sky Lounge for taking such good care of us.
