Pros:

The hotel is located at the river (ask for river view, the city view is not great), so it is very central.

Cons:

The hotel is by european standards neither a 5 nor a 4 star, but a 3 star. Yes they have facilities like a pool, buffet, elevators, AC, etc... But everything is old and used. The furniture in the rooms has clear signs of age and use. The cleaning lady didn't clean once in our 6 days, just made our beds. Towels were missing during checkin and not replaced when put on the floor, just taken away... And we had two rooms, and in both was the situation the same, so no bad luck...

Pros:

Buffet breakfast had a reasonable assortment of local food and cereals, though rather limited in Western and fruit selection.
Good location among the hotel cluster and close to river and attractions.

Cons:

The aircon wasn't cold! I set temp at 22C but it was warm at the desk. Even at 18-20C and medium fan, the room still wasn't cold. I finally got it fixed for my 3rd (last) night. Another delegate said his room was warm too whereas one said his was freezing! Airconditioning seems to be inconsistent across the hotel!
There was no ceiling light outside the room door - very dim at night as it was the corner room.

I will try other hotels in future!
Pros:

The location is the not best but alright.
Hotels near the ‘Kuching’ roundabout are better in terms of location!

Cons:

I was made to wait for more than an hour for my keys when I checked-in. I had to go out for a snack & tea and when I came, it was still not ready!! I got upset & raised my voice! The front desk clerk then gave me a room on the 11th or 12th floor which I believe is reserved for guests paying more for their accommodation because my friends who had received their keys earlier were on the 5th or 6th floor! If I hadn’t made a fuss, I could have lost two hours of my stay in that hotel! The hotel wing I stayed looks pretty run down! *thumbs down* :-)

在這裡住宿50,000 ，交通都很便利，唯獨上面所提到的缺失需要飯店特別留意改善，留給遊客更舒適的使用感受。
Pros:

坐落在沙勞越和旁邊，早餐很好，可以坐在半開放的餐廳欣賞河岸風光。

Cons:

冷氣出風口的聲音挺大的，毛巾踏墊似乎已經有需要汰換的狀態，有一些異味，感覺有點可惜。

It was a wonderful place to staying Kuching!
Pros:

Spacious , clean & all the staff are helpful. Also nice view for breakfast! Everything is good. Also, you might consider to open a mini convenient store for snacks & beverages.

Cons:

The air conditioner is a bit unstable because sometimes it takes time to get the room cold.

All in all this hotel did not impress, would not recommend unless they improve on shortcomings.
Pros:

Outstanding location and great views of Kuching river and city! Unfortunately mostly unmotivated staff with the exception of Ms. Rozzeylevia and Ms. Gracia who showed initiative and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and is in need of a makeover, for example there were several water leaking spots at the Executive lounge and the first room we were shown was run down (musty smell, flickering lights, cabinet finishing peeling off). Sloppy housekeeping, sometimes missing to replace towels or not emptying the dustbins, not cleaning the bathroom floor or not replacing empty water bottles. Breakfast area was always superbusy and not enough sitting space even though the food was just average.
