Pros:

Excellent staff extremely helpful, the layout is nothing short of perfect.
Check in and out so simple but yet so efficient.

Cons:

Stayed in room 166 opened the door had trouble finding the lights, but the smell of urine was the turn off by far, then there was the hair in the bed and a few cockroaches.

Dinner was great, cleaning of the room of very below standard that I have never experienced before

My bedding was not fresh or remade from previous people, reception didn’t seem to be too concerned even though I showed them photos unfortunately I didn’t draw attention to the time the photos were taken which was after 10.15 Saturday night 18/7/26
They just said they would order it to be remade with fresh linen

The bed was comfortable and the grounds were beautiful

Cons:

The toilet system continued to run making a noise all night long which made it difficult to sleep. Some of the paint job doors were patchy. You could tell it needed a freshen up

Pros:

Great location, short walk to the shopping centre and able to walk by the lake.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not having the mirror opposite the wifi located in the room, as the blue light reflected back towards the bed and making the room brighter at night.
