the stay was just fine. The hotel is a little bit older and needs some updating, but was clean.

SO MANY THINGS, TO BEGIN AFTER VERIFYING RESERVATION. I ALSO REQUESTED A EARLY CHECK IN ON THE PHONE.
I WAS GUARANTEED THAT AND ARRIVED TO FIND MY ROOM NOT READY. HOUSEKEEPERS OUTSIDE SMOKING. AS WELL AS SOCIALLIZING WITH RECEPTIONIST. NO ROOM WAS AVAILABLE. I TRAV ELED 5 HOURS AND VERY UPSET. I CANCELLED AND WENT TO ANOTHER OPTION.
