⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Une expérience exceptionnelle, un excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Milan, d’abord au J24 puis au Kira Suite Hotel, et nous avons été sincèrement ravis de notre expérience.

Dès notre arrivée au J24, le check-in s’est fait très facilement et même un peu avant l’heure prévue puisque notre chambre était déjà disponible. L’équipe a été adorable dès le premier jour : souriante, disponible et très professionnelle.

L’emplacement est également un véritable atout. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable et vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le métro, les bus et le tram sont facilement accessibles, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement. Nous étions à moins de dix minutes du centre-ville de Milan, ce qui était vraiment très pratique pour visiter la ville tout en profitant d’un quartier agréable.

Nous avions initialement prévu de rester seulement deux nuits, mais en raison d’un changement de programme, nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour. À cette occasion, nous avons eu un petit souci concernant le ménage de la chambre. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé, le manager a immédiatement pris le temps de nous écouter, de s’excuser et surtout de trouver une solution. Il nous a proposé de poursuivre notre séjour au Kira Suite Hotel, qui est directement accessible depuis le J24 sans même avoir besoin de sortir de l’établissement.

Il nous a personnellement montré plusieurs chambres et plusieurs étages afin que nous puissions choisir celle qui nous convenait le mieux. Nous avons finalement choisi une très belle chambre avec balcon et une superbe vue. Le geste commercial a également été très apprécié : le petit-déjeuner nous a été offert pendant plusieurs jours et le tarif de notre séjour a été ajusté.

Ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est l’attention portée aux détails. Lorsque nous avions besoin de room service, quelqu’un intervenait très rapidement. Lorsqu’il fallait débarrasser un plateau, il suffisait d’appeler et quelqu’un venait le récupérer.

Zona algo alejada pero a 5 minutos hay una estacion de metro. Desayuno muy bueno. Habitación limpia y moderna.
Los de la recepción simpáticos y correctos.

Cons:

No había armarios. Era fácil mojar por fuera la ducha con la cortina que hay.
