Property very nice, staff need better training
Pros:

Room was great. Burger in lounge was yummy.

Cons:

Mouthwash had been opened - yuk. At check-in I was not informed we were eligible for free breakfast. I found out when I asked at checkout. And I think there was a mix up with rooms as our keycard stopped working. They reactivated but then phoned us to come down with Identification. I had presented ID at checkin but it was ignored.

It’s within good walking distance from Mosaic Stadium

Cons:

Room was very dated and old, our faucet handle broke, the whole room could’ve used some air. Very stale, not worth 200$

Will definitely stay here again, just enough with extra fees!
Pros:

Convenient, well kept and great amenities. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Love streaming options instead of boring old cable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that you have to pay for a late or early check in. That’s a money grab and I don’t appreciate that considering the cost of a hotel room already. Either you can accommodate or not.

Great night spent with friends
Pros:

Everything was very nice. The room was great and clean and all the staff from check in to complimentary breakfast the next day were all wonderful and helpful and happy.

Great hotel for couples wanting a date night!
Pros:

Super comfy beds. Awesome pillows. The pool is very spa-esque. Great location for foodies.

Cons:

Hair was in the tub upon arrival, no biggy. The towels all had stains…like they smelled clean but the stains were off-putting.
