I really liked the customer service. I was very impressed with the front desk attendants (Ryan) willingness to accommodate our needs. He was a clear and concise communicator and was very helpful. Customer service like that is hard to find.
The stay was amazing-the one thing I would have liked is the gym to be separate from the pool. I found it very humid when working out. That's not really within the hotels direct control so I wouldn't count that as something to hold against the hotel on the whole
Location was good, room was clean.
No option for digital key card so we had to get keys reprogrammed twice. Only room service options so we went and had brunch across the street at the DoubleTree Hotel.

We booked a special room on thos site and received a very downgraded very old musty small room, this hotel is very old and no updates, even the TV lagged...people talked but the sound came a minute after...this was an absolutely horrible experience...the room had paper thin walls we could here EVERYTHING going on in the next room...we were told management moves around guests so that's why we got stuck in this situation...and booking .com does nothing to help...we traveled for a great experience and got a nightmare...BE VERY AWARE OF THIS HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM.
