Amazing breakfast, very impressed by range of activities/amenities on offer. Especially nice to have prams for rent. Great location.
I thought Downtown camper was the family-friendly hotel but kids not allowed in pool. This was unclear when booking. Usually hotels have a hour or so slot kids can go - i.e. 9-10am (even high end hotels with spas this is the norm). Evening menu looked ok, but could be better.

Great location and nice looking hotel despite its size.
I loved the little touches: an hourglass timer in the shower to encourage water-saving, a proper iron and ironing accessories in the room, and clear, helpful information throughout. Storage space for luggage and belongings was generous and well thought out — no scrambling to fit everything.
The staff at reception were warm and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The decor has excellent taste — stylish, design-forward, with a lively, youthful energy that makes the whole hotel feel fun rather than stuffy. It’s the kind of place that gets the small things right, which says a lot about the overall quality.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Stockholm who wants a central, well-designed, and thoughtfully run hotel.
Great hotel with a camping theme. Lots of activites, restaurant space, pool, bar, centrally located.
Spotless room, generously sized, comfortable bed, quiet - especially considering how large the hotel is and how many people are staying there.
Easy to walk to the Arlanda express, maybe 10 mins maximum, to the airport. Walking to all the shops and restaurants in the mall and easy walk to attractions.
The lighting switches in the room are difficult to work. The lights work, but they need a training course.

Paying for use of the pool. Fine with booking but it should be inclusive for guests at the hotel.
The location, staff and breakfast are all amazing.
It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
Small issues, but 1) the lighting in the room is very dark so it was hard to work in the room. 2) temperature is not controlled in the room so it can fluctuate between too warm and too cold.
