Pas de petite attention dans la chambre alors que nous fêtions nos 20 ans de mariage et demande d’étage élevé non satisfaite (2ème sur 7)

Erinomainen ja hyvällä tavalla omaperäinen hotelli keskellä keskustaa.
Pros:

Sijainti keskellä keskustaa. Asiakaspalvelu ensiluokkaista. Aamiainen erinomainen.

Cons:

Huoneemme seinällä oli todella suuri printattu kuva jonkun surffarin jaloista. Se ei ollut kaunis, vaikka huone oli muuten todella hyvä.

the general active vibe and the 'services' beyond the general live-in hotel expectation

Cons:

room lighting can be improved slightly
i asked for a interconnected room. Never get back til i double confirm the one day before arrival
i went to 'the nest' twice and while the questions were answered, i did not find the staff particularly friendly...in fact, the same goes for the lobby when i feel some staffs feel impatient...

Fun hotel, but hard to sleep due to street noise
Pros:

Great location and a fun hotel with a great laid back vibe. The breakfast and marshmallows over the campfire were fantastic!

Cons:

The street noise was profound! There was no soundproofing from the street to the point you could hear people having a normal conversation. Highly disruptive for sleeping and definitely need ear plugs. Hopefully just an issue with our room, as the windows couldn’t be locked.
