I went to Budapest to enjoy some time off from home! I chose this hotel for its location, which was directly in the city center! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was professional and friendly! Really one of a kind! During my stay there Gary and Gabor told me about the special fireworks that were happening in the city and showed me where I can see the most! This is an experience I will cherish forever! Thank you to the whole staff!
Very good location and beautiful classic interior décor. The room is small but fully equipped and designed in a modern, comfortable style. However, there are two notable issues: the air conditioning is inefficient and quite noisy, and around 70% of the rooms have no view, with old windows that cannot be opened. In addition, the bathroom ventilation is inadequate, which causes persistent humidity inside the room. the buffet breakfast is very good, and the staff are very helpful
A wonderful stay from start to finish! Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable, modern and spotless rooms. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh options, and the restaurant and bar were perfect for relaxing.
Overall, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Located in the busy part of the town, with excellent public transport connections. In the old, historical building, with nice marbell staircase inside. The rooms clean, but relatively small. The breakfast rather basic snd buffet often not stocked enough. The service in some areas / housekeeping, breakfast staff/ unremarkable.

Spent one night here with a group that had booked this accommodation. A very nice hotel with a small bar, not much else. It is historic (with a nifty history) and updated. The carrara marble staircase is something of another era, something to see--elevator up but staircase down! Small but very clean rooms. Conveniently located. Staff was very accommodating with our need to check bags before check in on arrival and to check bags after check out whilst still touring the city. A very ample breakfast buffet was included with our rooms. This is a great option for the price; not 5-star but then not 5-star pricing.
