Overall a nice hotel at a great location.
Pros:

Room was cozy and nice, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with plenty towels. The view outside was also nice. The location is great, we came for a concert that was in Puskas arena and it took us about half an hour walking, many good restaurants and bars along the way. Also the subway station is just a minute away. Hotel's interior design is amazing, old austro hungarian architecture and decorum. Overall good hotel at a great location.

Cons:

Just a few minor details, the room was rather small. Complementary sauna on the 5th floor was very welcome but it was off when we got there and had to turn it on ourselves which meant waiting for it to warm up and the music inside of it was rather loud too. There was nothing in the mini fridge in the room which was odd but ok. The parking for the stay was extra cost and it's located in a nearby street, it takes 2 minutes driving to get there and the garage is very very narrow, if you have a bigger car take this into consideration.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L’architecture du bâtiment et la décoration. Hôtel très bien placé avec tous les transports en commun à moins de 100 mètres.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La place juste devant l’hôtel bcp de personnes alcoolisées notamment le soir

Gyönyörű szálló Budapesten
Pros:

Én még ilyen szép hotelben nem jártam. Mindenről, amit láttam és tapasztaltam csak szuperlativuszokban tudok beszélni. Kényelmes, jól felszerelt szoba, személyre szabott üzenettel a komódon, a fürdőszobában folyékony szappan és kéz- és testápoló, a zuhanykabinban tusfürdő, sampon, hajbalzsam....A reggeli egy gyönyörű szecessziós teremben, bőséges, minden igényt kielégítő választékkal....

Cons:

Minden tökéletes volt!

Elegant place with good services.
Pros:

A very elegant place, clean and with young, but professional staff. The room was prepared for the dog.At 1 km away,it’s a park for dogs.

Cons:

In the evening, even it was in a central position, I didn’t feel safe, outside the hotel, because of the few drug addicts.

Per lo più consigliato
Pros:

Come prima cosa si nota l'architettura veramente impressionante e gli interni molto eleganti e raffinati. In secondo momento vorrei menzionare il personale del bar, ristorante e colazione che sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili. Presenza di un ascensore e di un bagno (in camera scelta appositamente) adeguato perfettamente a persone con disabilità e in carrozzina. Presenza di caraffe con acqua potabile e limone nel corridoio del hotel. Spazio situato di fronte all'hotel dove lasciare la macchina il tempo necessario per scaricare i bagagli. Il letto era molto comodo e il bagno ben fornito con prodotti di qualità. Idem per la macchina del caffè, le cialde e le bustine di tè nella stanza.
Buoni i piatti serviti a cena anche se la scelta era alquanto limitata per i trattamenti di mezza pensione.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto pagare all'arrivo (in alternativa dovevano bloccare la somma sulla carta di credito), abbiamo ricevuto solo lo scontrino bancomat e all'andata, quando abbiamo saldato anche il conto bar e supplemento ristorante non abbiamo più ricevuto alcun resoconto cartaceo, sia la somma che il suo equivalente in euro ci furono comunicati solo a voce.
Personale alla reception non altrettanto disponibile come quello al bar.
Colazione abbastanza povera se si arriva dopo le 9.30.
L'ascensore non è capiente abbastanza per una persona in carrozzina e il suo accompagnatore insieme.
