Sorry couldn't eat most of it , to much sugar
Hotel front desk staff were very nice, but unfortunately I don't have much else nice to say about the hotel or my stay.
The room smelled horribly like cat pee (hotel is pet friendly, and clearly the previous occupants of that room had a cat). Staff weren't able to send facilities or housekeeping to the room to take care of it. When they did finally go to the room, they said there was nothing that could be done while the room was occupied. Hotel was unable to switch us into a different room. The bed was wildly uncomfortable. The pool was okay, but the hot tub in the pool room was green. The continental breakfast was bad. It was impossible to talk to a manager as there appeared to never be one on staff during our stay. Even for a few days after our stay, it took 2-3 days to finally get in touch with a manager to discuss the refund. They did give us a full refund for the issues, so that's a plus, but it was an overall bad experience at the hotel and a difficult experience working with managers afterwards (they tried to say they didn't charge my card and I had to pull up bank statements to finally get the refund issued). The other staff at the hotel were wonderful.
Very comfortable. Staff was so helpful. The body wash container was empty in the shower. The maintenance man was there within 10 minutes of me telling the front desk. Breakfast was really good the coffee was great.
