I will choose the other place around the corner next time. Even if it's a few bucks more.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was great. Room was meh. Run down, felt dirty because it's run down. The light fixture in the bathroom, and the shower area were so disgusting to look at I didn't want to shower. So I didn't.

Cons:

Bathroom was run down, rusty, maybe moldy?? Just oversall not clean feeling.

Not worth it
Pros:

The staff were super nice the location was pretty good

Cons:

The beds were like box springs and we went to go use our phone in the room and there was no cord my husband went looking for the cord and it was split in half the minute you walked in the room it smelled like someone puked it was awful! There was no screen on our window so trying to air out our room it filled up with bugs not worth it

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The hot tub could use updating and our room coukd have used new paint as it was peeling in several places.

Not overly helpful.
Cons:

We called prior to booking to confirm an EARLY airport shuttle and were told the shuttle ran every 20 minutes starting at 4:24 a.m. but could accommodate any time. We needed earlier for an early flight. Upon checkin, we were told the earliest available was the 4:24, and there was nothing they could do.

Good place to stay for quick overnight.
Pros:
