Excellent stay for a girls trip!
Pros:

At first entrance, it had a very inviting scent upon walking in. The customer service attendant greeted me properly. He was in another call, but did advise me. He would be with me shortly, which he did. After checking in, he informed us of the Wi-Fi as well as the hotel amenities, the pool, and the breakfast their hours at which time they started and ended, which was great. He also let me know about an opportunity to get dropped off by a shuttle at the nearby entertainment district. the room was very clean and organized. The beds were comfy and a/c was perfectly cold during the night. There are nearby fast food restaurants within walking distance. Parking is convenient and clean. My friend and I felt safe while staying. We enjoyed a vast breakfast with a great coffee machine that offered tons of coffee options! We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Cons:

Wished the pool opened earlier. Maybe 8am for the early swimmers!

Pros:

Overall cute place but had too many issues

Cons:

After telling staff twice we would leave at noon, maid was knocking at door at 11 wanting us our, front desk ringing our phone when are we leaving, door cards deactivated and we were locked out of our rooms. This happened both times we stayed. No TV remote in room, no blow dryer. They brought us one, electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Leather computer chair in room, leather was peeling off and stained a pair of our pants. Breakfast gravy was so salty wasnt edible. Staff didn't communicate well with all the issues. We will not stay at this facility again.

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room. Dust was found on the couch, behind both night stands, and under the desk. Hair was found in the tub. Glasses were found beside our bed with dust, so we know they had been there for awhile.
