Cucarachas y nada más
Pros:

Cucarachas. Es lo único que puedo recordar. Un montón. Incluso me fui una noche antes de lo pagado del asco que me daba. ¿Y qué iba a hacer? ¿Quejarme y que me cambiaran las cucarachas?

Cons:

Limpieza y mantenimiento pésimo. No pueden funcionar como hotel si no resuelven ese problema.

Mold everywhere
Pros:

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

This facility was quite literally covered in mold. We opened our room door and were hit in the face with an overpowering smell of mold. It was awful. I was staying with two small children. The cleanliness or lack there of was so poor we immediately asked to be refunded and went elsewhere. We took photos of the visible mold covering the floor. We didn’t have to look hard it was everywhere. Someone will get sick because of this.

I was not happy but due to all going on couldn’t change hotels or rooms. But I will not most likely ever book here agai

Close to cruise terminal

Cons:

It was not clean. Staff change was at check in time, so I waited for 15 mins for the shift change. Our door wouldn’t shut properly and the water in tub constantly ran. So glad I was there only for one night

Nothing highly upset they tried to charge me a deposit after already checking in and booking more then one reservation one staff member gave me my hotel key and didn’t charge a deposit still waiting on my refund

Price was right, beds were okay, TV worked and hostess and restraint were very nice.
Pros:

C Wafflies restaurant was great, Shawn the writer was very friendly and courteous, very pleasant.

Cons:

Toilet would not flush completely. Not enough towels, no cups or glasses, toilet seat was unsecured kept moving, afraid of it coming off. Carpet was very sticky and room door did not close when trying key had to pull close to work.

Definitely need deep cleaning and good interior. Air Contioner water was all over the lobby and steps which is slippery hazard.
