Pros:

Trés bel hôtel et très bien situé. Montecatini Terme est une jolie petite ville, pas très loin de Pise, Florence, Sienne... Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également excellent. L'accès au spa, top. Le personnel est très agréable, prét à vous satisfaire. Merci. Nous avons eu la grande chance d'être surclassés en suite, c'était parfait.
Super séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte in einer Juniorsuite und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt: grosses Zimmer, schönes Bad und endlich eine Klima-Anlage, die nicht in Richtung Bett geblasen hat.
Das Frühstück war super und das Restaurant beim Pool bot ausgezeichnete Speisen.
Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war nicht besonders schön.
Der Aufzug war seeeeeehr langsam.

piscina piccola ma direi perfetta visto che non era affollata. colazione normale, onesta, nulla di particolare. La palestra non saprei perchè non sono andato.

Cons:

l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è l'aria condizionata in stanza che non poteva essere regolata. di notte faceva freschetto e soprattutto si sentiva il rumore del fancoil. Nonostante mettessi su off l'impianto questo ripartiva sempre in automatico. Quando al checkout l ho fatto presente mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di spengerlo. Ma alle 3 di notte non mi metto a telefonare, svegliare le altre persone e soprattutto se ho il termostato in stanza devo poterlo utilizzare.. mi spiace, ma ho dovuto mettermi sotto le coperte.

Vi havde 5 skønne overnatninger, tak til personalet for at gøre opholdet til en fantastisk del af vores ferie i Montacat

Det exceptionelt gode service fra hele teamet, teamet var altid hjælpsom.
Det skal næves at tjenerne var fantastisk både til morgen og aften servering.
De kendte til vinkortet. det bedste service vi har fået i Italien.

Vi havde en dejlig værelse med privat terrasse som var fuld møbleret samt et spa, det gjord meget for os i varmen.

Cons:

- kunne være godt med et “smart phone” politik, der var flere gæster fra østen af som sad med deres telefoner med lyd på når de brugte den. Det passer ikke til så godt et sted.
- en mindre ting, hotellet lå lidt væk fra byen hvor der sket noget, det tog dog kun 3 min at gå der til, tænker det er et luksus problem.
