Pros:

Pool Area is lovely, and the pool is cold which is refreshing when its hot, modern building, 10 min walk to centre. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Lunch at the pool bar was passable, charging 5* prices however lacking quality. Poor Air Conditioning within the room. Spa area requires remedial repair work, loose fittings and missing tiles within the indoor pool.

A wonderful and relaxing stay
Pros:

Hôtel élégant au design raffiné au style Art nouveau ! Une belle réussite !
Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant, avec un sens du service.
Un chaleureux merci à Angelica pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son sourire.

Un grand merci également à Nadgette et ses collègues pour le service de chambre impeccable et irréprochable.

Excellent restaurant, « Le Francy » ! Une très belle expérience, avec un Maître de rang bienveillant, chaleureux et très professionnel. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : il manque quelques parasols autour de la piscine, ce qui serait appréciable pour profiter pleinement des espaces extérieurs.

Un séjour agréable dans un endroit calme et reposant.
Pros:

Une chambre grande et confortable. Un personnel très gentil et attentionné que ce soit les dames de ménage, le personnel de la réception ou de la restauration ( avec une mention spéciale pour Angelica à la réception et Loredana en restauration). La piscine sur le toit avec une vue splendide. La facilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Quelques détails. En chambre, le non renouvellement des sachets de Nescafé qu'il fallait réclamer chaque jour. La bouilloire pour faire chauffer l'eau un peu délabrée.
Peut-être un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, notamment l'abscence de fruits frais.

For 10s of years, I have been coming to Montecatini with my family, and I always stay at the Montecatini Palace. The hotel management, Mrs. Ester, always pays special attention to our family. We were even given an upgraded room at no extra charge, with a balcony and a good view of the city.
Here they serve a wonderful breakfast, the rooms are cleaned, one can say, around the clock, the beds and linen are clean. Upon our arrival, a good set of fruits was brought to our room. Thank you for this, Mrs. Ester.
In Montecatini, the best hotel is Montecatini Palace. Thanks to the staff and the infrastructure of this hotel, we have very wonderful memories of Montecatini. If possible, I will come to this hotel again!

Вот уже 13 лет я с женой приезжаю в Монтекатини на термальную воду и всегда остаюсь в отеле Монтекатини палас.Это лучший отель в Монтекатини, чистые номера, хороший завтрак, круглосуточное обслуживание номеров, каждый день дают бесплатную воду, чистое белье и пастели. В отеле создана хорошея камуникация, сауна, бассейн и т д. Особо хочу отметить работу руководства отеля г-жи Естер, ее чуткое внимание к посетителем и к нам особенно сделала наше пребывание в отеле еще прекрасным, спосибо ей за это!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The property is extremely clean and impeccably maintained throughout.
A special mention goes to Fabricio in the restaurant, who was extraordinarily attentive, kind, and meticulous with every single detail. His exceptional service made our meals truly memorable. The food was delightful across the board—breakfast offered a great selection, and dinner was absolutely delicious.
Thanks to the girls at reception as well.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, spotlessly clean facilities, and great dining!

Pros:
