The reception and pool staff were fab. Alessandria and Maria and also the guy up at the pool…sorry I don’t have his name. All so nice and so friendly.
The pool was great as was the breeze on the rooftop and the view was amazing.
Also delighted with the balcony and I used it both at night and in the early morning. So lovely.
After a mix up in the twin/double situation, which Maria was mind enough to take care of before we arrived, we ended up with two mattresses but maybe one frame? Either way, my large teenager gave me a few elbows during the night as the mattresses were completely against each other.
The shower was a pain as it had to be angled a certain way or it would drown the bathroom.
The two ladies in the breakfast were ok but maybe a little rushed. So I didn’t get to order my eggs and wasn’t asked if I’d like to. Took ages to get their attention. Might also be because I had said that my son was gluten free when we say down.
It was fine. But I found it expensive for what it was and for the breakfast service we received and the sleep wasn’t comfortable.
Lastly, the prawn and courgette black rice had one tiny prawn. My son had the same dish for half the price for lunch the previous day and it was filled with tiny prawns. So while it tasted nice, it was very expensive to only recurve the 1 lonely hidden prawn. Service upstairs is long: even by Italian standards of taking time over a meal. The poor chap who works at the bar, pool and restaurant had to run up and down…I assume to the ground floor…for the food at the pool for lunch. He was either very quiet or running around like a lunatic. Also his bar area got no breeze which, at almost 40 c, seems a but much. My observation, not his.

1) Il personale è stato professionale e gentile, dalle receptionist (mi hanno spiegato tutto bene e poi prenotato un massaggio in un'altra struttura) al responsabile della sala (gentilissimo), così come le ragazze che puliscono la struttura (la pulizia infatti era impeccabile! é la prima volta che alloggio in un hotel che puliscono le camere due volte al giorno).
2) La cena era buonissima e le colazioni fantastiche. Top!
3) Graditissimo l'upgrade.
Nonostante qualcosa da rivedere sono stata benissimo
1) La spa era abbandonata; non c'era nessuno che se ne occupasse e lo si capiva anche dal fatto che la vasca riscaldata con idromassaggio non funzionava, la maniglia per tenersi entrando in vasca era scardinata e il soffitto era scrostrato. Un vero peccato. Io mi sono rilassata lo stesso, ma non credo sia da 5 stelle.
Oltre a questo ho pensato che lasciare incustodito una spa è anche pericoloso. Se all'interno della sauna uno si sentisse male non avrebbe tante possibilità di essere soccorso. Bello che tu abbia la spa tutta per te, ma vedere un responsabile gironzolare mi avrebbe fatto sentire meglio e magari mi avrebbe potuto spiegare come funzionava la doccia sensoriale che a me sembrava solo una doccia con la luce rossa, oppure la grotta del ghiaccio? non l'ho proprio capita.
2) In camera il kit di benvenuto è posizionato male e questo porta ad equivoci ingiusti. Ci vuole chiarezza e trasparenza. Dovete fare in modo che il cliente decida se acquistare o meno cose dal frigobar e no che li acquisti per errore!
Io ho trovato un vassoio dove erano poste due lattine di acqua, una piccola bottiglia di vino e poi anche una confezione di wafer. Il tutto con un messaggio che indicava fossero in omaggio, il famoso kit di benvenuto insomma. E invece poi al checkout ho dovuto pagare i wafer. Mi son sentita presa in giro. Consiglio di posizionare il kit tipo sul tavolino e le cose in vendita magari sopra al frigo con i prezzi ben visibili.
C'è troppa confusione. Manca appunto chiarezza e trasparenza.
3) la porta affianco all'ascensore al piano terra dovrebbe aprirsi verso l'interno. Aprendosi invece verso l'esterno mi ha fatto prendere un colpo mentre aspettavo l'ascensore e un addetto ha aperto la porta. Non mi ha fatto male, ma poteva andare peggio. Lui gentilissimo si è scusato in inglese e poi in italiano. Tutto bene, ma ci si potrebbe far male.

Sempre quando venho para Itália me hospedo aqui! O hotel é ótimo , café da manhã excelente, limpeza sensacional ! O pessoal da recepção é super prestativo e a Gerente Ester nos mima tanto que temos vontade de morar no hotel !
