Struttura molto occidentale con un vero bagno

Cons:

La comunicazione carente: hanno prenotato i traghetti per le isole quando volevano loro nonostante li avessimo chiesti ad orari specifici più di un mese prima.
Le lenzuola erano sporche, le hanno cambiate appena glielo abbiamo detto almeno.
Il secondo giorno tuttavia si sono “dimenticati” di farci la stanza.
Ulteriore punto negativo, la piscina verde!

Struttura in posizione buona per visitare le principali spiagge dell' isola.
Camera bella e spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort.
Lo staff ti assiste e segue attentamente ogni tua richiesta, talvolta anche troppo.
Ristorante nella media.

Cons:

Il letto e i cuscini a mio avviso sono stati molto scomodi.
La camera non veniva pulita adeguatanente; sopratutto il bagno..
La piscina peccava fortemente di manutenzione.
Lo staff fin troppo ficcante nel voler sapere e organizzare ogni spostamento con il taxi .

Tout, la vue, le confort, le personnel. L'hôtel vous organise tout ce que vous voulez sur mesure. Une partie des bénéfices servent à la vie sur l'île ( construction d'une école par exemple)... bref top !

Cons:

Le service parfois long au restaurant pour les européens que l'on est :p

Pros:

L’hotel è di un ottimo livello. La camera spaziosa comodissima e pulitissima, affacciata sulla piscina al primo piano vista tramonto. Doccia top con acqua calda e saponi in omaggio. Personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Colazione molto buona con opzioni europee non tantissime ma ci sono. Ho dormito solo una notte quindi non posso aggiungere molto. Ho cenato in hotel, menù vario e cena buonissima. Piatti prevalentemente indonesiani. Servizio un po’ lento ma nella norma in Indonesia. Wi-Fi perfetto. Refill acqua potabile al bar della reception gratis.

Si la piscine avait été accessible le séjour aurait frôlé la perfection.

Les lits étaient très confortables.
Les Mocktails sont délicieux.
La location des scooter a été très bien organisée (attention pas de casques).

Cons:

Le gros point négatif qui nous fait donner une mauvaise note et qui a impacté notre séjour : la piscine. Celle-ci était verte! Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche et repartis le samedi suivant rien n’avait changé nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter. Certains se baignaient tout de même malgré la couleur qui indique clairement que l’eau avait tourné. J’ai demandé des infos à la réception mais je n’ai eu aucun retour. Bien entendu nous avons pu profiter de l’île mais après une journée passée à l’extérieur nous aurions grandement apprécié de pouvoir profiter de la piscine (raison pour laquelle, entre autre, nous avons à réservé dans cet hôtel).
Les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment insonorisées nous avons dû aller demander à nos voisins de baisser son de leur télé a minuit.
Les portes des salles de bain mériteraient d’être un peu huilées.
