The staff were exceptional specially Elona who perform her duties above and beyond expectation.

Direkt am See gelegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Am besten fand ich die Lage des Hotels, da diese sich direkt in der Altstadt von Limone befand

The location is truly special. If you have a room overlooking the lake you have a special experience. It is best accessible by boat and you do not need a car if you come by boat. It is has a great pool and easy going staff. The breakfast and restaurant is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are also great opportunities nearby for boating, hiking and swimming in the lake. By car, you are around 30 minutes from the nearest major town.

Really nice hotel and our room was very clean. We stayed in a comfort room and was given a great one with a terrace - stunning view of the lake from our room.
The staff were all really friendly. One gentleman who drives the taxi saw us walking with our suitcases and stopped to give us a lift and then carried them up to our room - really nice touch.
We had to check out at 7am and were left with a breakfast bag which I thought was fabulous. It included bottles of water, juice cartons, pastry, fruit and biscuits!
The pool area and outdoor terrace are relatively small but we were in Lake Garda to explore, not to sunbathe! There was always loungers available when we looked.

Everything ran like clockwork. I was dropped off at the coach park in Limone by the airport transfer coach and then picked up by a small cart to take me to the hotel.
I was checked in quickly by a friendly receptionist. The guy from the cart took me to my room and carried my suitcase.

I am a solo traveller so just a small room with a single bed. I had brought my own kettle but there was one in the room. No milk though!! There was 2 small bottles of water in the fridge.
The room was spotless. My only complaint is the bed was rock hard, like I didn't even know mattresses came that hard!! But I guess some people will like that. I did get used to it by the end of the week.

I was only B&B and that is served 7am-10am
Plenty to choose from hot and cold. You wouldn't need to eat lunch if you filled your boots at breakfast.

I didn't eat dinner in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was always busy and had a nice vibe to it.

The location was amazing. Right on the lake front with the ferry port literally on your doorstep. Only downside to that is the queues of people outside the front of the hotel waiting for ferries. You sometimes had to push your way through to get to the hotel.
That is minor though considering you have the most gorgeous view on your doorstep.

Room cleaned and towels changed daily.

My departure time was early and I had to be at the coach park for 6.50am. You just tell reception the night before and they arrange the cart to take you back to meet the bus. They also made me a breakfast bag to take with me which was a nice touch.

I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are staying in beautiful Limone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in lazzuro Hotel, limone, Lake garda. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My room was kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Location was excellent right beside the ferry port. Would recommend this hotel,

Did not stay. Asked to buy a drink was shuffled off to the back of the terrace. No free WIfi. Ordered a Coka Zero brought Big Std. Coka Cola. No apology. Brought another probably from a supermarket bottle or pump and very sweet so did not dare drink it. Will not return and would not stay.

We stopped for lunch on a busy rainy day and the location is lovely overlooking the lake. We ordered pasta & none of us fancied the bread so didn’t touch it. The food was lovely. It’s one of those places where they don’t give you a bill, just read out what you had so it seems right. Then they add an amount because nobody notices an extra 50 cents. A couple of restaurants in the area have done this, but this restaurant took it too far adding €7 to our bill. Not much difference to us because we just decided not to leave a tip but it just made us feel annoyed after a good overall experience. Explains why it was half empty when everywhere else was packed.

What a beautiful hotel right on the shores of Lake Garda and right next to the ferry stop - which made it so easy to get there. Sipping vino on the balcony (or devouring a Limone gelato) on a clear night was magical. Highly recommend staying in Limone - the views are spectacular and the town is small but lively even in early May. The hotel staff are extremely helpful too.
