This lovely little hotel is in a perfect spot and creates such a brilliant first impression. You take a lovely little buggy ride through the shops and along the promenade to get to it.
We had a suite which was large and had beautiful views.
Very special mention to Elona on reception who was so helpful and friendly whatever we needed. We were 2 ladies on holiday and felt very safe here.
The bar area is lovely but service was somewhat slow. It appeared even when busy everyone had their own roles and no one could change or help others out.
Limone is a very busy area but this hotel feels like a quiet, serene place and the terrace has amazing views.
We had an early check out and were given litrle pack ups which was thoughtful.
I definitely recommend this hotel and cant fault the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

Kilka razy trzeba się upominać co do zarezerwowanego pokoju, mimo prośby o dwa pojedyncze łóżka otrzymałem pokój z jednym łóżkiem dla 2 os.
Absolutely loved our room the location, cleanliness and facilities in the room. Shower gel, conditioner creams etc. tea and coffee.i have only marked it down as we had to be moved on our 2nd day due to blocked drains.
We were quickly allocated another room which was lovely and modern but slightly smaller and not as much storage space.
Fabulous location, lots of extras in the room, shower gel conditioner, shampoo and creams. Coffee/tea making facilities. Hotel on the lake with lovely views for breakfast. Swimming pool was lovely. Seconds away from restaurants and bars couldn’t be any closer.

Had to be moved on day 2 of the holiday due to a blocked drain. Didn’t manage to move back into the same room. Couldn’t be helped. The staff were excellent in trying to get things sorted for us. We moved rooms and because busy time of year only one room available and was a little smaller.
We stayed in room 210 in the annexe. Quite a small room for 11 nights. The maid came in every day, changed the towels regularly but didn't change the sheets once. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Most of the staff were friendly, especially Brisildo, Mama, Vinzenzo and Ricardo. The welcome at reception could have been more friendly when we arrived but it got better afterwards. The pool area and terrace are really nice for sunbathing, towels are provided. The ferries stop right outside of the hotel which is really handy. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was good, I would recommend the seafood pasta. Guests get 10% off food and at Ristorante Pizzeria Lagrumeto, guests get 10% off food and drinks as they are part of the same chain. We had a lovely meal at Al Rio Se which has a lovely setting. La Bottega Dei Sapori do fantastic sandwiches, highly recommend the pulled pork. Overall, it was a lovely holiday but 7 days would have been long enough for us.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel, für uns gibt es kein besseres. Die Lage, die Zimmer, der Service, das Frühstück am See, die Schiffsanlegestelle neben dem Hotel, sofort im Zentrum, einfach alles perfekt 😊
Das einzige, was ich bemängeln kann, ist die etwas enge Dusche, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

La stanza era imbarazzante, rumorosissima, dalle 5 del mattino in poi non è piu possibile dormire per i rumori che si sentono (pulizia delle strade, svuotamento campane del vetro ecc), luce che entra in stanza perchè mancano le tende oscuranti, pareti talmente sottili che si sente lo sciacquonei dei vicini.
Per fortuna nella camera in cui ci hanno spostati era tutto ok
