Pros:

I want refund I dont know how to connect with booking , in the hotel they gave us room that I wasn't applied, I stay only 2 days but they told me that I have to pay for full 4 days !

Hotel All Azzuro
Pros:

Perfect hotel, lots to choose for breakfast, evening meal menu delicious.
Rooms modern & spacious. It's worth paying for a balcony room for the view.
Hotel All Azzuro is in the perfect location, step outside after breakfast and jump on the first ferry to Malcesine, Riva del Garda or further. The staff at the hotel are lovely and friendly too, the ducks that come into the restaurant same time every night waddling through are so cute.

Pros:

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Camera con ampio balcone vista lago, svegliarsi la mattina con quella vista è stato incredibile. Il personale molto disponibile nonostante fossimo arrivati a mezzanotte ci sono venuti a prendere con la navetta dal parcheggio sotterraneo e ci hanno portato all’hotel. La camera molto bella, luminosa con bagno moderno compreso di bidet e grande doccia.

Cons:

Per il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato fine (marzo) ho trovato la sala colazione un po fredda e con alimenti non di ottima qualità. La stanza con infissi non troppo insonorizzati, la mattina se avete la camera vista lago il battello si sente parecchio. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole e assolutamente approvato

Sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Würde auch wieder das Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gab es immer wieder keine Teller und Gläser, kamen aber nach Aufforderung.

Pros:

After our luggage was stolen in Pisa the staff were very sympathetic and accommodating. An AC wasn’t working in our room and a room transfer was quick and easy. Super location on the Lake

What a place!!
Pros:

You can not find a better place to stay if you make sure to get the view of the water!
The breakfast was great. Our whole experiense was wonderful.

Pros:

Buona colazione varia con dolce e salato che si puo' consumare in riva al lago. Posizione centralissima dove ci si puo' dimenticare dell'auto, navetta all'arrivo e partenza verso il parcheggio sotterraneo in cui si puo' lasciare l'auto.
Personale molto gentile e prodigo di consigli.

Cons:

Premetto che ero nella dependance in posizione comunque attigua all'hotel principale. Camere non enormi e bagno un po' piccolo. Infissi datati e poco insonorizzati ma visto il poco rumore non e' stato un problema. La camera non e' stata fatta durante la nostra assenza in mattinata ma sono passati al pomeriggio quando volevamo riposare al che abbiamo rinunciato. La presa sul comodino non funzionava, poco male perche' ce ne erano altre. I pavimenti dei corridoi non erano pulitissimi e sempre ingombri. In generale piccoli problemi ma in un quattro stelle la qualita' dovrebbe essere superiore

Schöne Lage, erholsame Tage, tolles Wetter
Pros:

Direkt am See gelegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Preise im Hotel Restaurant sind übertrieben teuer. Auch das Personal im Restaurant unfreundlich und unaufmerksam.

Pros:

The location is truly special. If you have a room overlooking the lake you have a special experience. It is best accessible by boat and you do not need a car if you come by boat. It is has a great pool and easy going staff. The breakfast and restaurant is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are also great opportunities nearby for boating, hiking and swimming in the lake. By car, you are around 30 minutes from the nearest major town.

Cons:

There is nothing negative worth mentioning. However, if you have a lake-view room, please be aware that boats and ferries operate daily in the front off the hotel during the summer from around 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, so there is regular boat and visitor activity during the day. After 10:00 pm, however, the area becomes very quiet and remains peaceful until around 7:00 am. The hotel is not a party hotel and is quiet after 10 pm.

Fab hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel and our room was very clean. We stayed in a comfort room and was given a great one with a terrace - stunning view of the lake from our room.
The staff were all really friendly. One gentleman who drives the taxi saw us walking with our suitcases and stopped to give us a lift and then carried them up to our room - really nice touch.
We had to check out at 7am and were left with a breakfast bag which I thought was fabulous. It included bottles of water, juice cartons, pastry, fruit and biscuits!
The pool area and outdoor terrace are relatively small but we were in Lake Garda to explore, not to sunbathe! There was always loungers available when we looked.
Overall a really nice stay 💛
