Beautiful and centrally located.
Pros:

Very centrally located and beautifully decorated hotel. The service was exceptional and the rooms thoughtfully designed. Facilities are excellent and the free to use washing machine was a nice surprise! The staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The lifts are incredibly slow.

Pros:

Gym had a good range of equipment. The evening buffet was great. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only 2 coffee pods in the room, and 1 of them was decaff, though when we asked for more the hotel quickly obliged. The outside pool was very small. Limited sun loungers as well. Expect in peak summer it can get very difficult to find space.

Amazing hotel, great location, facilities & staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a prime spot on Hauendae beach, with beach access, an infinity pool with unreal views, exceptional staff and service, very comfortable rooms with great beds, lots of space and storage, cleaning staff were delightful and the fitness club and gym were first class wirh the best views ive ever seen. The coffee you can buy on the 1st floor patisserie/Cafe was excellent which was a nice touch. The laundry room on level 8 was amazing never seen something like this for free in a hotel!

Cons:

Only a few minor things, more space to hang towels & hand towels, Had breakfast once at the buffet restaurant, was ok but not comparable in quality to other places we have stayed.

Amazing location and impressive rooms, but disappointing breakfast meant the standard.
Pros:

We stayed at Grand Josun Busan for three nights. The location is amazing, and the room was impressive.

Cons:

The air conditioning stopped working during the night and only started working again when we moved around the room. As a result, the room became very hot and sticky at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The water in the bath also did not drain properly. While we were showering, the bath would fill with water and it took a very long time to drain.

The breakfast was the most disappointing part of our stay. There was no fresh fruit such as mango, strawberries, bananas, oranges or other exotic fruits. As we stayed for three nights, every breakfast offered the same selection of apples, pineapple and grapes, none of which I particularly enjoy. For a hotel of this standard, especially considering the price charged for breakfast, I would expect a much wider and more varied selection of fresh fruit from around the world.

The queue for coffee was also so long that we often didn't have time to wait. When we did manage to get a coffee, the quality and preparation were quite poor.

Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and impressive rooms, but these details were disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Fin beliggenhed og så lige ved stranden og lige til bylivet, hvor tingene sker.

Cons:

1. Det er lydt fra gaden ved siden af, så hvis du ønsker total ro ved søvn, så får du det ikke her. Ikke at det larmer, men du kan hører, hvad der sker fra gaden. Evt. book værelse med havudsigt i stedet for.

2. Der er boblebad ved poolområdet, men det er et koldt boblebad - ved ikke om det er meningen😅

3. De kunne godt bruge 2 ekstra elevatorer. Du venter typisk flere minutter, før du kan komme på.

Vi blev fortalt, at alt fra minibaren på værelset var gratis første dag, og herefter ville vand kun være gratis. Vi gik på værelset for så kun at finde vand i minibaren. Dette spurgte vi så ind til ved receptionen, og det blev undskyldt, men at den var god nok - hvad var pointen så med “gratis” minibar, hvis der alligevel kun er vand😂 - lille detalje, men stadig mærkeligt.

It was a wonderful stay, looking forward to my return visit.
Pros:

Location, the rooms were well appointed, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The pool area, could be a little more expansive. Would have loved an adult only pool area for sun tanning and swimming.

Beautiful stay, perfect location!
Pros:

The staff are incredible, they all speak very fluent English and are extremely helpful. The check in process was absolutely seamless! Room was beautiful, great generous size with an amazing view of the beach. Loved everything about this hotel. Location couldn’t be any better. Room was always clean and serviced to high quality. There is a Starbucks in the hotel along with a few dining options and grocery store which was very convenient. Loved our stay here. I just wish there was more English channels on the tv and the towels were a little more fluffier/thick.

Cons:

Only thing I will say is there was a lot of kids/families staying. A lot of the time when we went to enjoy the pool, there would be loads of screaming kids which made it quite unpleasant. This seemed to be all day. Especially as the outdoor pool is very small. Only 6 day beds I think isn’t really good enough but can’t do much else given there is no space. People don’t even use the day beds for what they are meant for, they just use them to put their belongings on them as the pool floor is constantly wet from the pool. It was a bit annoying as I love laying in the sun but wasn’t able to due to people using them as a bag holder. It is a bit inconsiderate to other guests who may like to use the pool facilities. They need bag storage elsewhere so sum beds can be used as intended. That would be my only comment. Families need to be more considerate of their kids. Oh and the elevators are really slow!!
