It was a wonderful stay, looking forward to my return visit.
Pros:

Location, the rooms were well appointed, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The pool area, could be a little more expansive. Would have loved an adult only pool area for sun tanning and swimming.

Beautiful stay, perfect location!
Pros:

The staff are incredible, they all speak very fluent English and are extremely helpful. The check in process was absolutely seamless! Room was beautiful, great generous size with an amazing view of the beach. Loved everything about this hotel. Location couldn’t be any better. Room was always clean and serviced to high quality. There is a Starbucks in the hotel along with a few dining options and grocery store which was very convenient. Loved our stay here. I just wish there was more English channels on the tv and the towels were a little more fluffier/thick.

Cons:

Only thing I will say is there was a lot of kids/families staying. A lot of the time when we went to enjoy the pool, there would be loads of screaming kids which made it quite unpleasant. This seemed to be all day. Especially as the outdoor pool is very small. Only 6 day beds I think isn’t really good enough but can’t do much else given there is no space. People don’t even use the day beds for what they are meant for, they just use them to put their belongings on them as the pool floor is constantly wet from the pool. It was a bit annoying as I love laying in the sun but wasn’t able to due to people using them as a bag holder. It is a bit inconsiderate to other guests who may like to use the pool facilities. They need bag storage elsewhere so sum beds can be used as intended. That would be my only comment. Families need to be more considerate of their kids. Oh and the elevators are really slow!!

A terrific and beautiful botel that only fails to live up to its "Grand…" claim due to its skimpy slow elevato
Pros:

A BEAUTIFUL hotel in such a key location on Haeundae Beach, near to the vital nightlife but also affording very classy and calm options for relaxation inside the hotel.

Cons:

It is grossly insufficiently served by its three small elevators. We really did not appreciate having to walk down 15 stories from our room on account of an elevator's never arriving to iur floor!

Great room for families with small children not not for those with teens.
Pros:

The staff are always fabulous. This is our second time staying here and they once again went above and beyond when they could. This was everyone from arriving and being greeted outside, the front desk, the wait staff, housekeeping, and other encountered throughout the building.

Cons:

Not being able to reserve a two room suite that would accommodate two adults and a teen. In order to have separate sleeping rooms we had to reserve a child's family suite. The suite is great for those with small children, not so great for families with older children.

There was no direct beach access until after 10 am. In order to access the beach you had to leave out the front entrance, walk around the front and side of the building, and then down to the waterfront. An easy fix would be to use the room key card for after hours beach access.

Not sure it is worth 5 stars - equipment saw better days, the elevators were a joke, in a room for 3 there is single towel holder. Welcoming guests and queing them like cows, however in the end the concierge were nice and helpful.

Wonderful paradise next to the beach!

Extremely kid friendly and the kid level had a washer and dryer as well as a lending library for prams, seats etc.
