The rooms were large , clean and the location was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.

An unexpected visit became a lovely afternoon
Pros:

My friend and i had planned to go elsewhere but inclement weather and wheelchair access limited our choice.
The Intercontinental has excellent access, we had a lovely lunch, staff were helpful

Cons:

Towels provided were stained. The TV is not in front of the bes but on the side. It puts you in an awful posture esp foe your neck if you want to lie down and watch something.

I would recommend the Intercontinental and stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
We had a lovely view, and the room was very quiet.
Suited our needs perfectly.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, but very clean.
It would have been nice if there was a discount for car parking for people staying in the hotel.
