My room was in the 15th floor, I'm a regular at your hotel and this are the reasons i stay with you, the service and care I receive every time are amazing, the food is excellent and it's a comfort to know no matter how late I arrive food will be available to me, the rooms offer all the necessary things to make my stay comfortable, I feel safe at arrival, greeted with warmth at every stage of my stay and comfortable and happy to be staying with you
your rooms look a bit dated, but you are a historic location, the bed is new comfortable and spacious, i have multiple channels to watch on a huge TV so the old look adds history

Great location for a function at Adelaide oval
Check in was annoying as they wouldn’t let my wife check in while I was parking the car. So they had to wait 30 minutes.
The bed was very comfortable. The location was good.
The lobby was ok but as soon as you got to your floor and exited the lift the place was soo dated and badly in need of a face lift. The room was lakebwalkibg back to the 80’s. The painted louvre wardrobe and bathroom doors were laughable.
Great location. Very close to everything. Walking distance to everything I wanted to do. Right on the river.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and room are beautifully maintained and in such a central and convenient location.
