Very nice building, beautiful hotel, great views, and a perfect location. The breakfast was good, it offers good value for money, and the friendly staff really tried their best to speak English. However, housekeeping needs to pay more attention to cleaning, especially the carpets and under the beds. Some urgent repairs are also needed in the wellness area (a missing sprinkler in the indoor pool, a missing shower tap, and uncollected drinking cups left from the night before).We stayed in room 329 and had an issue with our mattress. Although they claimed it was resolved, the problem returned on our second night. That is when the struggle began. We had to insist on getting the mattress repaired or replaced. While it was finally fixed that same second night, we received no apology, no compensation, and some odd looks from the hotel manager.Problems can always happen, but professional handling and good service are what keep customers happy.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The highlight was definitely the staff â everyone was extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
We especially appreciated the room upgrade at no extra charge, as well as how accommodating the team was when we needed to extend our stay for a few additional hours. They were understanding, flexible, and genuinely tried to help us in every way.
A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We would be very happy to come back again!

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is also fantastic, with everything easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

BÄhem nÄkolika dnĂ jsme opakovanÄ dostĂĄvali na recepci informace, Ĺže nÄco ânejdeâ â parkovĂĄnĂ auta, rezervace stolu na snĂdani pro vĂce osob â aby nĂĄslednÄ management potvrdil, Ĺže to samozĹejmÄ moĹžnĂŠ je.
Po prvnĂ stĂĹžnosti se vedenĂ omluvilo, nabĂdlo mi parkovĂĄnĂ a snĂdani zdarma a poŞådalo mÄ o smazĂĄnĂ negativnĂ recenze. UdÄlala jsem to, protoĹže jsem vÄĹila, Ĺže problĂŠm napravĂ.
O dva dny pozdÄji? StejnĂ˝ chaos. PersonĂĄl dokonce nevÄdÄl ani o kompenzaci, kterou mi management slĂbil.

Lâemplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout peut ĂŞtre fait Ă pied. La vue de la chambre sur la Vtlova est superbe! La chambre ĂŠtait très spacieuse et très propre, bien insonorisĂŠe. La literie ĂŠtait très confortable.
Le Spa est juste formidable! Hammam, sauna, très belle piscine et pièce pour faire du sport. Parfait !
