Супер отель, супер люди работают в нем.
Pros:

Идеальное месторасположение, очень чистый и тихий отель, превосходные подушки-выспался как ребенок, очень отзывчивый персонал, весь персонал клиентоориентирован, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем, удобный паркинг гараж, сам номер просторный и удобный.

Great Experience and Great Location
Pros:

This hotel offers amazing service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was also very good. Location wise, you can't get much better. Overall, it was great and very good value.

Nice view, nice rooms
Pros:

Rooms are nice and Hotel is well located

Cons:

I am very unhappy about the service.

First I made a mistake with my booking. So there was no way to help me, even not offering any help to book the correct date. No help.

Second it takes too long to check in also no hint to use elevator "B" to find the room.

Third - one team member became sick after taking scambled eggs in the hotel.

Next 45 Euro for breakfest per person is very expensive.

Last at stay - They let me waiting 10 minutes to leave the parking spot and did not answer phone call and it was extremly raining.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay with our family and would happily return on our next visit. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious and comfortable.
Both bars were excellent, with the terrace bar offering beautiful views. The spa facilities were also outstanding, including the pool, sauna, and steam room. We also booked a massage during our stay and was excellent.
A special mention goes to the team in the lobby bar, who provided friendly and attentive service. See you soon 😊

Für uns Hotel der Spitzenklasse .....wir kommen gern in die Traumstadt Prag zu einem Besuch wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist 1 A ! In wenigen Minuten erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Prag. Im Hotel herrscht eine wunderbare Atmosphäre ! Frühstück Spitzenklasse ! Wir hatten ein riesiges Glück, gerade das Hotel gewählt zu haben.

Pros:

המלון ממוקם במקום מדהים. קרוב למקומות המרכזיים לטיול. החדר היה נקי ובמצב מצויין. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה מוגשת עד שעה 11.
הצוות ידידותי מאד, מסביר פנים ומהוה עזרה משמעותית בכל נושא שפנינו אליהם. בקצור. היתה לנו חופשה מדהימה.

الفندق قديم ومتهالك اثاث غير مريح وغير نظيف لايستحق 5 نجوم كانّه بيت اشباح اول يوم وصلنا سمعت أصوات غريبه في السويت مثل القرع على النوافذ تحريك الستائر مع العلم لايوجد إلا أنا وزوجي فقط لم انم من الخوف من بكرا سوينا شك اوت ورحنا فندق آخر كنا ناوين نجلس 8 ايام في براغ ولكن بعد فلم الرعب اللي شفناه رجعنا من ثالث يوم انتم بوكنج ليس هناك مصداقية ولا وضوح في تصنيف الفنادق والصور تخدع مع الأسف خسرت تذاكر بزنس وضريبة تقديم الحجز مايقارب 2000 يورو وخسرت ثمن الإقامه في هذا الفندق مايقارب 2122 يورو وخسرت مبلغ 1500 يورو اقامه في رفلز هوتل ؟؟؟؟؟ سوف اخبر الأهل والأقارب والصديقات بعدم الحجز عن طريقكم نهائياً وهذا ماسيحصل دائماً مشاكل معكم نصيحة لجميع الناس الحجز من الاوتيل مباشرة وهذا ماسأفعله في المستقبل سوف احذف بوكنج من موبايلي !!!!!
