Super Hôtel avec petit déjeuner, ne payer pas le Spa c'est juste une piscine.
Pros:

La chambre, la vue sur le fleuve, la proposition de petit déjeuner, la situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

On a payé un accès illimité au Spa pour rien, ce n'est pas un spa mais une piscine intérieure avec un sauna et un hammam. Bon il y a aussi une salle de sport. On espérait se délasser dans un spa ou un jacuzzi après les longues heures de visite, mais une piscine forcément avec les "standards" de température, c'est froid.

Très dépaysant
Pros:

Très belle hôtel et très très bien placé.
Personnel compétant et accueillant.
Petit bémol : pas beaucoup de viennoiseries.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu light en viennoiseries.

If i will stay in prague defenetly this hotel will be one of my choice
Pros:

Location perfect, spa zone really nice and cozy!

Cons:

Gym was really small! Some equipment was broken

Do not recommend, especially not for families with small children (safety and hygiene issues)
Pros:

Amazing location and lovely view from the rooms (if the windows weren’t as dirty). Some staff members were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues that made our stay less enjoyable:
* Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on our door, before 8am when they wanted to drop of the laundry waking our toddler. It was not the standard 3 knocks it was 3 knocks followed by a loud housekeeping repeatedly for a long time until we opened the door which took a min as we had to get dressed.
* Our room telephone was connected to the wrong room number, which was never corrected. This caused confusion when contacting reception and resulted in a long wait for an iron that was apparently delivered to the wrong room. The receptionist’s attitude when I raised this was also disappointing.
* The window in our room was dirty, and despite the window having a stopper, there was a very large gap that we felt could pose a safety risk for a toddler.
* The gym was generally dirty and untidy, with empty water supplies, a dirty toothpick on the running equipment and weights left lying on the floor. It also only opened at 9am
* In the gym/spa changing area, the cleaning lady repeatedly left the door wide open while bringing her trolley through, compromising my privacy while changing (everyone walking into the gym, males included could see me undressed)
* The pool area did not feel particularly hygienic. We witnessed sexual behaviour by a couple on one of their relaxing beds and the sheets and towels on the bed involved were not changed during the time we remained there, instead a new couple went to lie down there. We also saw people entering the pool area wearing shoes.
* No key was available for the spa lockers, despite them having a locking system?
* An alarm went off after midnight, instructing guests to leave the building without clear instructions. Reception was just sitting there in her chair when I arrived with many other guests at the reception and we had to ask for an explanation before being told it was a system failure.

Great location, not the best value for the money.
Pros:

The location is great, and the facilities in the sauna and gym were nice. The room had a decent view and was arranged in a way that gave it a cool vibe.

Cons:

For what I got it was quite expensive -- bathroom was quite dated and bed was surprisingly firm and uncomfortable instead of a queen I had two separate mattresses.
