Urcite zde nejsme naposledy ❤️
Pros:

Vse bylo naprosto skvělé. Lokalita naprosto skvela blizko centra. Parkovani v miste. Uzasna snidane vcetne Prosecca. Velký vyber kvalitnich potravin. Skvely vecer ve Sky baru. A tresnicka na dortu vzdy usmevava a prijemna pani Marketka.

Cons:

Nemohu nic vytknout. Ochota aˇ usmev byla standardem ❤️

Pros:

Tolle Zimmer und grandioser Blick auf die Burg.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Betten waren zu weich. Die durchgelegene Matratze wurde aber ausgetauscht.
Der Salat und die Kräuter am Frühstücksbuffett waren lasch und welk.
Leider unfreundlicher Einlass in der Skybar.

We loved the location. Absolutely perfect. Close to most of the attractions in old town

The very helpful staff

Cons:

Did not have a ramp for the disabled clients . Just happened to notice a disabled gentleman struggling to get up the stairs to the front desk.

Great stay, will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Great location close to all the main spots, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, welcome drinks and bedroom bar was great and warm welcome was lovely, the facilities were great and the space was clean and tidy and comfortable from the lobby and bar area to the room and spa.

Cons:

The spa could have a jacuzzi rather than what’s currently there in the space, the coffee machine in the room was poor quality and a simple Nespresso could resolve this.

Recommended but not cheap
Pros:

Excellent location. Not in a noisy area but a short walk from the center.
Spacious and clean rooms with river views.
Nice and helpful staff.
Varied breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast is expensive. It is advisable to give a special price to hotel guests whose reservation did not include a meal as an option.
I did not find a menu in the room for ordering room service food.
The TV channels in the room don't have a variety that could interest non-locals. Why not put some movie channels in English?

Ubytování bylo krásné, nemám co vytknout. A snídaně byla úžasná! Stejně jako personál byl skvělý. Do Hotelu se určitě vrátíme!

Nenašla jsem nic co by se mi nelíbilo.
