Réceptionnistes de journée sont ça prend un non réceptionniste pro réceptionniste en journée sont très sympathiques.
Mais le monsieur de nuit franchement pas très agréable..

Very well situated, close to all the sights and transport. Got an upgrade to Privilege on the room and enjoyed a really good breakfast. The room was a little small but it's comfortable. Staff is very nice.

Hôtel très confortable idéalement placé (plusieurs lignes de tramway et de bus, 1 ligne de métro et à 5 minutes à pied de la navette aéroport)

They have upgraded my room to junior suite and breakfast to privilege. Overall I had a very good stay. And the hotel is pet friendly which my cat appreciated a lot :)
Am mai stat la acest hotel anul trecut și totul a fost perfect. Anul asta dezastru. Singurul lucru bun e amplasarea.
Am avut un check in târziu, am anunțat asta. Recepționer plictisit, nu a comunicat cu noi. Am primit camera in corpul B. Geamurile nu se pot deschide. Nu-mi imaginez cum aerisesc. Camera nu era prea curata. Am mutat patul sa -l apropii de celălalt, iar sub pat era mizerie. Pe langa faptul ca am ajuns târziu și ne-am culcat pe la ora 3, dimineață la ora 8 a deschis ușa camerista, fara că măcar sa bată la ușă. Micul de jun mult mai slab că anul trecut, aglomerație ca la cantina, am rugat sa nu se curețe o masă, au curat- o superficial, au lăsat chiar șervetele de la clienții anteriori. Nu m - as mai întoarce la acest hotel.
