Nice clean great location. Safe.

Needs better coffee shop. Stupid rule that you can’t order desserts with late night room service. And the room did not get very cool. Showed 65 and full fan. But all were hot

Restaurant service isn't what it should be. Waitstaff doesn't follow instructions well. 15 minutes to get iced tea. Waiter followup was too slow. Burned french fries and way undercooked Filet isn't acceptable.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Nice, super busy, hotel right by the ballpark. If you are going to a Rangers or Cowboys game I highly recommend staying at this hotel. A few places to eat and walking distance to both venues.

Avoid Booking this hotel - Cancellation Deposit Return Issues
Pros:

Beware of making cancellable bookings at this hotel via their website. All though they state you can cancel booking up to 30 days in advance, you can't do this online. you must phone the hotel. When you finally get (and it take a while) they then tell you it can take up to 10 working days for you card to be refunded however on Business day 13 I still had no refund. On my third attempt at calling and email the hotel I finally got through to the billing team who advised that no refund had been processed on to my card even though I was eligible for a refund, When I asked why that was the case I got the reply 'I don't know'. So only now, two and a half weeks after cancelling are they processing my refund. Fortunately for me I cancelled well in excess of the 30 days limit, but if you leave it close to that, you can see hot this hotel will rip you off. Avoid unless you want to risk losing your hard earned money. There is nothing high end about this hotel.
