This is my 2nd time staying at this location. Both stays have been amazing and I would recommend this location to others

The property is clean and feels safe. Staff is friendly and always available to assist with questions and needs.

Cons:

This location is amazing. Occasional minor unpleasant smell in certain areas of building but nothing drastic.

preferred when at a conference because its attached to the conference center but quieter.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast there. Grab and go was decent. Lotus drinks would be preferred.

Cons:

Room service was not great! Food was good but pizza was not cut. QUesadilla did not come with the menu items listes such as sour cream, salsa, and guac.

Everything with the property was great.

Cons:

Check in / check out process. I was told my room would be ready at 4 and I would receive a text. I never received a text and went to the front desk at 5:00 and there was still an issue finding my reservation.

Checking out, I still haven’t received a bill/receipt for my stay.
