The hotel was nice, but they were grossly understaffed and check in was a disaster. Won’t stay again
Pros:

The hotel was nice; the breakfast was okay. They kept running out of everything and the lines were very long with people waiting for plates.

Cons:

Upon arrival at 3:50 I was told the room wasn’t ready and to come back at 4 for check in. When I come back, there is a ridiculously long line and two people working. They were on their radios trying to find clean rooms to put people in. They seemed very overwhelmed and the cleaning staff was extremely behind.

Great service and excellent location.
Pros:

I stayed at the Buckhead Atlanta location and it was so close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all extremely helpful and willing to assist. I loved the suite concept. The rooms were cleaned daily and this was so welcome.

Cons:

Due to being on the street the traffic noise was unavoidable. Noise from the lobby area one night was extremely loud but once I closed the bedroom door I could no longer hear it.

Convenient hotel but, they need to upgrade
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

I was assigned 428 when I arrived. The room was not clean. Cups were on the table, the floor and on the TV stand. It looked like someone just checked out. Once I notified, the front desk, I was assigned 929. The bottom of the bathroom door was chipped, there were crumbs in the sofa bed, their were marks on the closet door and the shower curtain was ripped at the top.
