I was not compensated for what I paid
Pros:

I did like the breakfast options and the size of the room

Cons:

The problem I had at the location was my toilet didn’t work. My refrigerator didn’t work nor did my television work and when talking to the manager, he did nothing to compensate my room on top of that. He passed me a plunger and told me to punch the toilet myself.

Overall the stay was awesome, I came into the city for my graduation but the parking situation really put a damper on my

The place is beautiful and the rooms are also beautiful. The dining area was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The parking is horrible, many of the spots does not accommodate SUVs. Additionally many of the cars were not parked within the lines, taking two spots. The tub in my room was clogged the entire time.. maintenance did come up to try to unclog but it was so disgusting showing in standing water from my son.

The hotel was very nice but their computer system was down when we tried to to check in and after waiting several hours had to make other arrangements but was still charged and I'm having a hard time getting anyone to respond to my requests for a refund.
