Horrible front desk customer service at this establishment.

Cons:

Upon arrival for check-in, I was told by the Front Desk clerk that I would have a specific room. Myself and my other guest received the keys and proceeded to that room only to find that there was someone already in that room. The occupants were nice enough to let us stay in there and call down to the front desk to have them come up and sort the situation. The only thing that was done was my parking fee was removed from my bill as a remedy for the situation. The Front Desk clerk also suggested that the people who were already in the room should go to a different hotel room, even though they were already physically unpacked. Myself and my guest were also watched very closely by the security guard as we were trying to get the situation handled.. It was a very disheartening and uncomfortable situation that I have never experienced at a hotel, as it seemed that they overbooked, but could not accommodate for all of the bookings. There were long lines and multiple instances of the same issue.

When we finally did receive a room, it seemed as though it was rushed in the cleaning process as there were several things that were left not clean to the best of their ability.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok so was the location

Cons:

Overcharging people is outrageous for 2 nights would’ve cost us over 8 to 900 dollars plus adding in additional fees the stay was wonderful but I won’t require staying at this hotel.. My partner and I checked out made reservations at an different hotel

Reception who checked me in look exhausted, slow talking appearing she didn't want to be their. From a customer experience we was happy to be their. Just hate she gave that type of vibe off to a first time customer. But overrall everything was excellent. I would definitely come again.

I was not compensated for what I paid
Pros:

I did like the breakfast options and the size of the room

Cons:

The problem I had at the location was my toilet didn’t work. My refrigerator didn’t work nor did my television work and when talking to the manager, he did nothing to compensate my room on top of that. He passed me a plunger and told me to punch the toilet myself.
