The location and the inside
The shower in 713 has mold inside the white doors are dirty
No air conditioning room temps over 80 degrees
The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.
I was assigned 428 when I arrived. The room was not clean. Cups were on the table, the floor and on the TV stand. It looked like someone just checked out. Once I notified, the front desk, I was assigned 929. The bottom of the bathroom door was chipped, there were crumbs in the sofa bed, their were marks on the closet door and the shower curtain was ripped at the top.
Our room had no hot water, then no water pressure. Onky 2 towels in our room for 5 people, had to ask 3 times for them. No towels at the pool. Breakfast had no plates or forks. Front desk woman was rude.

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel tiene un estilo muy lindo . Tiene estacionamiento y muy practico.
La limpieza no es buena. Las 3 noches que dormimos las camas se hicieron con bastante desgano. Solo cambiaron las toallas pero se nota q no pasaron ningún trapo ni limpiaron nada de nada. Y el desayuno , si bien es completo, solo había manzanas de frutas. Y los pisos y mesas le faltaba limpiarlos. Los pisos muy sucios.

The location was amazing. It is central to major event centers in the area.
When we checked walked around and realized that there isn't an indoor pool. Also initially we selected a king suite with a city view and upon checking in that is the room we received. When we walked in the room was incredibly hot. We figured maybe the staff forgot to turn on the AC unit. So we turned on and proceeded with our plans. Upon returning several hours later upon returning the room was still hot. The front desk sent staff to look at the unit but it was not fixable. They did transfer our room but we no longer had a city view. The fitness center was also closed for the same reason.
Facilities were clean. Staff was welcoming. The happy hour bartender was so friendly.
Parking is too tight. Breakfast staff didn’t have breakfast ready when stated and we had to end up leaving without eating and spending unnecessary money for other breakfast. I was charged a different rate than was quoted on Booking.com. The staff charged me the Hilton rate.
