Pros:

Die Lage war besonders gut, in Gehweite zur Stadt.
Ausserdem die Optik des Hotels, sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!

Pros:

Man ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel und bietet eine sehr gute Verbindung zur Prager Burg.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft hätte freundlicher ausfallen können.

comfortable and lovely staff! (except in the bar)
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom were kept spotless.

Cons:

The bar was not open out of hours and trying to get a drink 10 minutes before it closed required refusal of "we are closed" as being the truth.

Wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

Close to the station and old city centre . Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Reception staff were not helpful at all, lady at checkout was quite rude and not friendly. They say the opposite in their spiel.
