Good quiet place to sleep
Pros:

The easy way of getting room key and secure parking

Cons:

It was hard when you finally check out you use the key to open exit gate but you have to reach back to put the key in a drop box before you exit very hard to do they should put it right in front of the key pad much better

Decent hotel, poor experience via booking.com
Pros:

Good staff. Well maintained facilities.

Cons:

We didn’t get the room we booked via booking.com - as a family of 4 we were squeezed into a smaller room and it poorly impacted our whole trip. It was an issue between the hotel and booking.com, both blamed each other, and we ultimately paid the price. To be fair the on duty manager did his best to support us, even though he couldn’t provide the room we needed.

Slightly better than mediocre
Pros:

Convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Nice walking path nearby.

Cons:

Somewhat dated. Carpet in the hallways are worn and dirty in some areas. My room had a foul odor near the chaise and I had to keep the window open.

Disappointed. Was expecting higher standards being a Marriot
Pros:

Outside in good condition

Cons:

Didn’t provide 2 beds has reservations specifically were made and paid for on booking
Site. Toilet tank didn’t fill up , was looked at by engineers, and still was not working properly

Pros:

Stayed one night for kids sports and enjoyed our stay. Clean spacious rooms with many hotel amenities…Pool, Gym, and Bar/Restaurant. Special shout out to the staff, especially Marcela Diaz who was super pleasant to work with. She took care of all our needs from check out to check in. Thank you!

Terrible customer service Jordan
Pros:

I have never felt more disrespected at a Marriott property than I did because of Jordan’s treatment of our group. Instead of making guests feel welcome, he insisted on charging each guest $25 just to enter the lounge, with no effort to explain the policy respectfully or offer any reasonable customer service.

It wasn’t just the charge—it was the attitude. Hospitality should be about making guests feel valued, but Jordan made us feel like we were nothing more than an inconvenience. The interaction came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, and this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Management should seriously review how guests are being treated because one employee can ruin the reputation of an entire hotel.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I would encourage others to think twice before staying here if this is the level of service they can expect.

Will stay here again!
Pros:

It's so clean and up-to-date with technology had awesome water machines that I've never seen before.

Cons:

The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable, but I didn't complain because everything else was so great.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Peaceful sleep, the bed was very comfortable. Staff, always attentive and professional, especially Maurice who was super helpful. Excellent breakfast, reasonable prices and very good. Perfect stay.
