The location was close to my family.

Air conditioner in room didn’t work, concierge lounge that we paid EXTRA for did not have any of the promised food. Then I was charged for breakfasts in restaurant in addition!
Noisy guests next door banged on our door in the middle of the night, kept up the noise in the hall with no help from hotel staff to quiet it down, after we called.
Lovely property, clean, and great staff but we would not stay there again.
The check in process was great. Jane was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was hot, turned the temperature to 62° and room was still humid, got no sleep.
Breakfast variety wasn't as we expected and also the ketchup options threw off the taste of the food

Everything was great
The rooms were cozy and updated. The bar and food area was nice, and the evening meal we had was excellent.
I like the food and the location. I like the friendly casual lobby. Staff usually very pleasant. Love that they are dog friendly.
There were a ton of dead bugs on the window sill- on the inside. And a couple in our bed - live. They were those Japanese Beatles that seem to come inside as soon as temperatures get above freezing.

Clean room
I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. This place is off the beaten path and was very quiet. The grounds were amazing, the hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.
