Pros:

Lage war gut- Preis für das Zimmer auch.

Cons:

Essensauswahl und Preis im Restaurant das dazu gehört eine Katastrophe. Vorallem das Personal- nur 3 Tische belegt als wir zum Essen gegangen sind und der Kellner kam ganze 25 min nicht. Danach wurden Gäste die nach uns kamen vorher bedient. Insgesamt nur um schnell was zu essen vor dem Konzert wo wir Karten hatten saßen wir von 18 uhr bis 19:50 ! Wir kamen dann zuspät zum Konzert. Nachfragen brachte nichts es hieß immer nur geht sich alles aus. Und es waren mehr Leute die das Problem hatten und alle haben sich beschwert.

Die Lage gleich beim Park

Cons:

Haben ein Zimmer für 2 Personen für 2 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war dunkel, klein und nur für eine Person hergerichtet (1 Bettzeug, 1x Handtücher)
Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption, sollten wir selbst im Schrank nachsehen. Da müsste noch eine Decke sein. ..... haben uns dann selbst "versorgt"
Uns wurde auch beim Einchecken an der Rezeption angepriesen, dass von 18:00 bis 21:30 das Restaurant mit Essen alla card zu Verfügung steht.
Am 2. Abend wollten wir dies nutzen und erkundigten uns nochmals wegen Uhrzeiten. Auskunft: heute gibt es leider nur Buffet.
Gut...wir also um 20:00 in das Restaurant. Ups, das wurde schon abgeräumt, weil so wenig los war.
Alles in allem gab es dann Tiefkühlpizza an der Bar.

Amazing hotel, but need to take more attention on cleaning. They seem to lack a lot of staffs.
Pros:

The sauna is great. Breakfast is awesome. Very near location to Nuremberg Messe, especially if you want to avoid congestion in rush hour. The hotel also located nearby lovely park with lake. Great place to have walk.

Cons:

We asked the night before for our room to be cleaned but room was not cleaned the next day. We asked the reception, he said it was already cleaned in the system. We understand that they will not clean the room everyday, but at least clean it when we asked. The room was not cleaned for 5 days.

Funktionell und sauber, perfekt für Durchreisende
Pros:

Das Zimmer war nichts Besonderes aber sauber, hell und angenehm. Das Frühstück war reichlich, lecker und eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Mir hat zum Haare waschen ein extra Handtuch gefehlt. Bei 2 Personen mit Hände waschen sind 4 Handtücher etwas knapp. Das Bad ist schon älter, Kalk war am Wasserhahn deutlich zu sehen. Sonst war alles Bestens. Funktionell.
