Our stay was for a surgery and everything was at a good distance and gift was very beneficial to us and our family.
Pros:

I absolutely loved how clean not only our room was but the facility was. Also was very happy how helpful the staff was from our check in to our check out.

They took great care of us when we had an unexpected overnight need.
Pros:

The front of house staff was exceptionally helpful when we had to spend an unexpected night in Albuquerque after a cancelled flight. Jay in particular went out of his way to help us.

When I bedded to check out at 5:00 am there was no one at the counter and the shuttle service did not arrive to take me to the airport.

Decent price but not very clean.
Pros:

Bed was pretty comfortable.

Cons:

Floor was not clean. Hair around the room which really was gross. Shower bottom was slick. Looked like sheets maybe didn't get changed.

Pros:

We had a overall a great stay. We will be back when we come again to Albuquerque. Your staff, especially Marleni and Jay in the morning were awesome. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were comfy, clean facilities, friendly staff.
Pros:

The facility was clean. The pool was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our room did not have a fridge, would have been nice to have a cold drinks in the room, since it was so hot outside. Next morning my kids wanted to go swimming but they were unable to due to maintenance.
