It's ok
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The door was very sketchy and the laundry was down,really didn't like the creepy old man staring at you everytime you came out of the room.

Good price and location but staff often missing
Pros:

The room was good-sized and the furniture comfortable, including the bed. The location, near restaurants, was good. There was a small refrigerator which is helpful. Location and parking felt safe.

Cons:

The front-desk staff also drove the airport shuttle so when we checked in there was no staff to assist us and we had to wait awhile. Same happened when we checked out. The furniture was in good shape (except to the lamp that did not work) but the room is starting to show its age and the bathtub and some walls were in need of paint or repair. No sopa in the shower (ran out).

Overall decent for the money!
Pros:

Good area, staff was very nice
Room was nice and large

Cons:

The bed was to high off the ground and not firm enough for me. Location was a little further off of I 40 than I would like.
Breakfast was a little lack luster!
Not many choices.

Cons:

So many little things make a big difference.
This is our 2nd stay here and both have had this or that wrong.
The toilet water never stopped running.
The wi fi was not working at all.

The floor in the room was all uneven like a cheap floor job.

Very nice spot with great location for travelers
Pros:

Nice and clean. Good price for quick overnight stop

Cons:

No real issues. Staff both check in and check out seemed to be pulled away for other tasks like shuttles and breakfast. Both very congenial and apologetic for causing a wait.

Dissapointing
Pros:

We didn’t use it but there was a pool and hot tub. It seemed like a safe area.

Cons:

They cancelled out booking since we came after midnight then charged us again when we arrived for the cost of the room (she said it was for “incidentals”). They then put us in the wrong room, we asked for the right room- we needed queen deluxe as we have 3 kids. She had said it was due to a third party and the room was claimed already.. the next day we were told the manager would come at 12 to hopefully resolve the issue- front desk then said 2pm- front desk said we would receive a refund of the second charge but would probably not show until Monday or Tuesday. (We stayed over night on a Thursday).

Great value, well maintained
Pros:

Clean facility and very attentive staff, especially for the breakfast service. The room was clean and the linens seemed fresh.

Cons:

The beds left us a little bit sore, but the pillows were nice.

It was okay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

shower curtain rail was about to fall off. Toilet seat was very loose and wobbly. Room A/C was HORRIBLY noisy. The pillows were small, square and overstuffed with artificial filling - very uncomfortable.

Great place for one or two nights and Mona was great. The laundry lady was very nice as well I did not catch her name.
Pros:

Mona at the front desk was a sweetheart and made sure my room was cool, made me two cheese omelets and was very pleasant to interact with.

Cons:

The air conditioner was dated and kept turning on and off
