I think her name was Tatiana she was very helpful and even warm me some butter because I was having a hard time spreading the butter.

Cozy and Good food
Pros:

We came to enjoy breakfast at the inn. The atmosphere was calm, and open. The food tastes pretty good, my favorite was the waffles and the yogurt with granola. Tables are always clean when we sit down. Tatiyana was a great help when we couldn’t find certain things!! Thanks a bunch

Great experience at the Marriott Residence Inn - Coconut Creek
Pros:

We have been staying here for a couple of weeks and the staff has been amazing Azumi and Aidee are wonderful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here with your families in the future.

Comfortable stay, hospitable staff!
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast is good and restocked quickly (thank you Aidee!), and the atmosphere is comfortable. The room is nice, but could be a little bit cleaner. Overall it's a nice stay and I would gladly stay here again!

Consistently very good hotel, but please replace the room carpeting.
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel many times in the past 4 years. It's a very convenient location when we visit family.

Pros: Spacious rooms, good free breakfast, excellent bar with great food and friendly staff. Very family friendly hotel. Clean outdoor pool. Super comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen supplies.

Cons: Not sure what's going on with the room carpeting, and this was never an issue until this year, but the carpets leave a black stain on the bottom of your socks and slippers. Even with vacuuming, the carpets don't seem clean at all. TVs don't receive ABC for some reason. The showerheads are too high to reach if you want to adjust them.

Best Hotel Experience
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and front desk staff was pleasant. The breakfast was 10/10 and Aidee was the best ,very polite . Always asked if I had everything I needed. I love the complimentary breakfast.

Great and awesome constomer service
Pros:

Everything was amazing. There were able to get my room quickly ready on a short notice. And everything was perfect. And the free breakfast was amazing. Everything was good and hot. And Tatiyana and Aidee when they came out to restock everything they were always sweet and kind making sure everything was good and they made sure I had no issues.

Wonderful bartender !
Pros:

Yana was amazing … we had her multiple times during our stay and she was amazing! Wonderful service, great bartender, and so friendly!
