Relaxing, clean space, but breakfast was terrible
Pros:

The rooms and hotel space was very clean and well kept, very peaceful space as well.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs I first took had a little moldy looking piece in it, and even after I tossed that serving and took another, it tasted very bitter and not fresh. The avocados were also old and sour, and some of the cheese seemed old and stale too. While the selection of the breakfast menu was wide and had good options, the quality and freshness was unfortunately terrible.

Great service attitude.
Pros:

They were very attentive at the front desk and let me check-in a little bit earlier. It was really hot in Madrid and they have cold water at the reception for the guests. Great attitude Service. Very clean and rooms with space enough.

The location was great. But the room needs attention

Relación precio calidad, muy buena atención de su staff.

Cons:

Edificios vecinos en obra. Mucho ruido desde las 0600 am, insoportable, tuvimos q dejar el hotel a las 8, preveíamos nuestra salida a las 12.

Ótima localização para pontos turísticos
Pros:

Praticidade no checkin e checkout, boa comunicação nas mensagens. Proximidade a estações de metrôs, da Gran Via. Silêncio nos quartos. Possibilidade de acomodação família para 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos.

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto família, então o quarto ficou mais apertado do que o esperado.

Valor do café da manhã à parte não compensa diante das opções próximas ao hotel.
