Not worth for money, strange smell in the room, and the pool is not like on the pictures

I liked the stuff and the swimming pool area

Cons:

I did not like the fact that in our stay we were there three days and not once did anybody come to change the bins even though you couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet and also nobody came to change the towels and when I did ask to change the towels they did bring them but they didn’t take the dirty ones away

Pros:

For meg virket dette mer som et 3 stjerners hotell.
Et svømmebasseng på taket var det eneste som minnet om luksus her. Slitt gammelt og ikke rent.

The room and bed were comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly, they upgraded our room at no extra cost

Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Both the room and the public areas are clean and pleasant. The pool area is tidy, the water is clear and it seems that they take great care to clean it frequently. The breakfast is very rich and varied.

Cons:

I really wanted to enjoy the spa and even book massages, but every time I arrived there was no one to talk to, there is no phone number to call, I even left a message at the reception and they didn't get back to me. The gym looks completely deserted and the spa facilities, sauna and Hammam, are very small and not inviting.
