Electra Palace Rhodes - Premium All Inclusive

Wow, the hotel is absolutely perfect!

We stayed for five nights in August and enjoyed every moment!

The staff is amazing - everyone is smiling, welcoming, and friendly, from the reception team to all the staff at the bars and food stations.

We received a very warm welcome. When we arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet, they immediately offered us lunch.

On our last day, they arranged a room for our entire family to shower before our flight, even though it was after our check-out time. That was a very thoughtful touch.

The pool is large and perfect, and the atmosphere is wonderful, happy, and relaxed. Everyone is so nice. Ordering drinks using the QR code is really fun and convenient - you can order from anywhere around the resort, including the beach.

There is also a small pool with water jets, which is really nice, as well as another indoor pool on the spa floor. However, in our opinion, the indoor pool wasn’t heated enough.

There is an Italian restaurant, a Greek restaurant, a wine bar, an ice cream shop, and a bakery that we especially loved, with delicious sandwiches and pastries.

The hotel is clean and well organized, has a luxurious feel, and the staff work incredibly hard all the time. The food is tasty and the drinks are great.

There is a good shop inside the hotel, as well as a few shops and a nice restaurant across from the hotel.

Overall, the hotel provides a wonderful experience for the whole family.

A few small areas for improvement:

1. Towels
It’s a little disappointing that the only place to get towels is from the room after it has been cleaned in the morning, and the number of towels provided is not always enough for a family.

2. Activities
It feels like there is room to invest a little more in activities for the whole family during the day.

For example, the aqua gym is absolutely fantastic! Christina was wonderful!

However, it only lasts for half an hour. There were a few other activities during the rest of the day, but most of them were in less prominent areas of the hotel, and there wasn’t really an activity that attracted the kids very much.

The kids’ club is also located in a somewhat inconvenient spot, and we didn’t even get around to using it.

It would be great to add more visible activities in convenient locations.

We were also a little disappointed with the evenings. We do have young children, but even so, we felt that the evening show started too early and was too short. Everything finishes by 10:00 PM, and after that there is no activity at all. We barely managed to make it to the short evening show on any of the days.

Along the same lines, we would prefer if dinner was available until 10:00 PM rather than 9:30 PM.

We also didn’t particularly like how quickly all the food is taken away when the meal service ends.

3. Coffee
I’m a coffee lover, and I was a little disappointed with the coffee throughout the resort. It is only available from machines (there are no baristas), and the taste is slightly sour. In my opinion, the coffee could be improved.

In conclusion

We had an excellent experience at Electra Palace. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

I would especially like to mention Petros from the reception team (I hope the name is accurate).

He helped us with so many things throughout our vacation!

After about two days, he helped arrange a room change for us because we wanted a pool view. He really went out of his way to find a good option that would work for our family. He even came to the pool in person at one point to find us and make sure that we were able to move to the new room!

On another occasion, he even came specifically to help us get a pool table working when we couldn’t figure out how to operate it.

He is cheerful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to want to help everyone enjoy their vacation.

We had a lovely family holiday. When we arrived at the hotel around 11pm we were upgraded to a bigger suite. There were drinks and sandwiches in the fridge. The buffet was one of the best we've seen at an all inclusive, especially Thursday night's street food theme. We had lunch a couple of times at the Italian for a change, generous portions of pasta and delicious flatbreads. The atmosphere around the pool was mostly lovely but the aqua aerobics music was a little loud. It was nice to see towels being removed from the over water beds when they had been left for a while. The staff were always helpful and friendly and it was brilliant being able to order drinks from your sunlounger. This was our first trip to Rhodes and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice size room everything provided .very clean . In every area .very friendly and helpful staff .beautiful location . Taxis easy to contact .and friendly helpful drivers .check in and out straight forward and easy .we would definitely recommend your hotel to others & we will return. We used the sauna & massage which was a wonderful relaxing experience . We couldn't have wished for anything else . Thankyou.for a wonderful holiday.

A lovely evening spent at the Wine Bar, served by the lovely Hyiat who was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!

מלון וואו! בריכה מדהימה עם המוןןןןן מקום וגיוון בצורות הישיבה - מיטות על המים, פופים, כיסאות מסביב, ספות - מלא מקום! יש אפשרות לסרוק מכל מקום את הברקוד ולהזמין משקאות שמגיעים עד אליך לכל מקום שאתה נמצא בו. המסעדה האיטלקית היתה מצוינת, האוכל בחדר האוכל היה מגוון והקינוחים - ואוווווו!!!! יש מאפיה, גלידריה, מסעדות, ברים - והכל כלול.
בכל ערב היו הופעות ממש נחמדות.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a szállodában, tiszta, minden igényt kielégít! Nagyon tetszett, hogy több különböző mélységű gyermekmedence volt. Az ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak. Külön kiemelném, és egyúttal megköszönném a séfeknek a munkáját, akik a glutén-és tejmentes étkezést biztosították, kiváló volt. Ezenkívül külön köszönjük Foteininek, Mártonnak, Christinanak és Kaislanak az odaadó munkáját, a Kids Club és a tornák igazán felejthetetlenné tették a nyaralásunkat!
