Very good smaller hotel if you want to stay just outside Zurich. Good breakfast. No AC.
Pros:

Really clean and nice rooms, an older building, but nicely kept and refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast, fresh, everything very good.

Cons:

The only reason for a lower score is due to the lack of AC (not unusual in a Swiss small / family style hotel) during a European heat wave.

You could find a nicer hotel elsewhere. It’s a shame as it has the potential to be a nice place but no one seems to want
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Rooms had decent space. Very clean

Cons:

No air con. Some fans were provided but it just pushed hot air around. The front desk was hardly manned and when it was, there was very little interaction and she didn’t make you feel welcome.

Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Mancanza di aria condizionata che non mi ha consentito di riposare la notte.
Il ristorante era chiuso e quindi la comodità di rimanere nella stessa struttura anche per la cena é stata vanificata.

Disappointing, I couldn’t sleep because of the hot room
Pros:

Location and lower price compares with the standard of Zurich

Cons:

The room was sooo hot, they don’t have air conditioner, just a little fan, it was almost imposible to sleep

Pros:

My train was exceptionally late - more than 2 hours delay. I was even thinking to cancel my trip. I arrived very late at night. But everything was organized very well by the staff and went smoothly.

部屋が暑すぎる

立地だけが良い

エアコン設備がない‼︎
37度ある日だったので、クーラーもなく夜寝るのが辛すぎた。

扇風機などを貸してもらえたが、ほこりまみれで全く使えませんでした。　　

6月から夏にかけては、エアコンないので大変だと思います。

La situation géographique de l’hôtel était top.

Une hôtesse d accueil complètement dépassée et agressive. Aucune volonté de comprendre ce qu on a essayé de lui dire. Heureusement le gérant etait bienveillant et compréhensif.

Major disappointment – lacking basic 4-star standards
Pros:

Super comfortable bed: This was practically the only positive aspect of our stay. The mattress was great and provided some much-needed rest after a long journey.

Cons:

No air conditioning: I didn't even know it was possible for a 4-star hotel to not have A/C. It was incredibly hot in the room.
Loud street noise: Because of the heat, we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a very noisy street, which made sleeping almost impossible.
Non-working Wi-Fi: In this day and age, and for this claimed standard, a lack of working internet access is simply unacceptable.
Extremely tight parking: The parking spaces are so narrow and small that parking a larger car is incredibly stressful and carries a high risk of scratching the doors.
