Kısa süreli konaklamada tercih edilebilir.
Pros:

Tesis konumu güzel. Sessiz sakin bir mahallede. Merkeze yakındaki istasyondan 10 dk. ulaşılabiliyor. Tertemiz bir isviçre havası ve elit bir semtte.

Cons:

Tozluydu odanın bazı yerleri. Daha özenli olabilirler temizlik konusunda. Akşam resepsyondaki hanımefendi biraz ilgisizdi. Otelle ilgili anahtar hariç bilgi vermedi. Biz sorarsak cevapladı. Diğer otellerdeki sıcak karşılamayı ve bilgi akışını burada bulamadık.

A great place to stay with wonderful host
Pros:

The very best part was the extremely helpful staff and a young lady in particular named Yona. She went out of her way to answer questions and help us to be comfortable. Wonderful person!

Cons:

The restaurant was closed and had no re-opening date. The massage chair in the lobby was a nice feature, but part of it was broken and therefore performed inappropriately and could be a health hazard. It should be repaired immediately.

Disappointing
Pros:

I loved the location as the train stations are very close on foot. Only 2 stations away from Zurich HB after a short 10 min walk.

Cons:

The housekeeping is horrible. The first day I checked in I noticed 2 spiders but let that go. When I woke up I saw 5 spiders in the washroom and one in the bedroom. I asked the front desk to switch rooms but the hotel was fully booked so they guaranteed that the housekeeper would clean all the spiders out. They did not. I came back and they were all over the ceiling and walls. Sure they offered me free breakfast but that doesn't make up for bad cleaning. The housekeeping only came in for 2 out of 4 nights and didn't bother cleaning properly or taking out the trash. I was so traumatized I got the front desk to come in with a vacuum and at least that got the majority of them. But there were still random ones every night but I gave up complaining. I paid extra for the business room just so that I could be comfortable but this is not the kind of service I would expect for that price. Very disappointed. I have a video of the whole spider situation so it's too bad I can't post the video in this review but no one would enjoy the visual I'm sure.

Réception pas ouverte à notre arrivée (12h 30 environ)
Un "homme de ménage " nous a renvoyé en disant qu il n y a personne avant 15 h et que si je voulais la chambre avant 15 h ce serait 20 frs.
Je voulais juste savoir si je pouvais laisser nos affaires quelque part mais impossible de communiquer, seul point noir.
Dommage pour un 4 étoiles
