Morgenmaden var ok men blev kedeligt efter mange dage. Rengøring var ok. Arrangementer var lidt for meget latinsk præget. Hotel atmosfære var fast pace og ikke så meget afslapning .

Mala atención del manager

Mal trato del manager yo pagué 15 días de estadía luego pague en el hotel otro día adicional el cual fue debitado y el operador del hotel no realizó el bloqueo de los 100$ yo ese día voy al pasear con mis hijos menores de edad al parque cuando regreso en la noche cansado mi hijo intenta abrir la habitación y no abre luego yo pregunto que que pasa si yo no presento deudas todo estaba cancelado ellos me dicen que no me pueden dejar entrar a la habitación pq ellos no me habían descontado los 100$ del bloqueo que exije el hotel cosa que yo no sabía ni me lo habían comunicado cuando yo pase mi tarjeta en horas del día y cancelé el día adicional de estadía fue un error del hotel en no haber hecho el bloqueo al instante. En horas de la noche yo les informo al hotel cuando ellos me exigen que debo cancelar los 100$ que mis documentos y tarjetas de los bancos yo las había extraviado y les presenté el reporte policial como yo no había notificado a la policía que había extraviado mis documentos y tarjetas. Con todo y eso el hotel no me quería dar acceso a mi habitación hasta que yo no cancelara los 100$ el manager nunca salió a conversar conmigo solo mando a decir con los empleados que no me podía dejar entrar a la habitación en ese momento caigo en pánico pq ando con 2 menores de edad mis maletas y ropa y dinero en efectivo se encontraban en mi habitación del hotel y ellos no me querían dar acceso me tocaba dormir en la calle con los niños por culpa del operador que no débito el bloqueo bancario al momento que yo le dí mi tarjeta. Creo que el manager tuvo falta de empatía ya que yo llevaba 15 días quedándome en las instalaciones del hotel había consumido en el restaurante y lavandería y yo no presentaba ninguna deuda. Creo que tienen que aprender a tratar con las personas y con los niños y modificar sus políticas y hacer cursos de relaciones humanas. No recomiendo al hotel mientras siga ese manager no me vuelvo a hospedar

Excelente localização, recepção atenciosa, simpática, falam português, inglês e espanhol. Camas limpas e travesseiros confortáveis. O hotel vale o quanto pesa

Cons:

Não arrumam as camas. Embora troquem as toalhas todos os dias, Só arrumam o quarto a cada 3 dias. Já avisam no check in. O chão estava sujo e pegajoso e se manteve assim mesmo após a limpeza.
