Ok, but needs updates
Pros:

Hotel was ok. It was convenient to walk to Universal Studios if I wanted. Room was just ok.
Like that they offered a shuttle but the times were very limited.

Cons:

As soon as you walk in, you can tell that its pretty dated. Hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are dated as well. My AC was making A LOT of noise and it was leaking. I put towels on top to collect the water. My toilet had a crack in the tank and the bathroom was just badly needing repairs and replacements.

Disappointing, uncomfortable, and not worth the price.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The room had a very unpleasant smell that triggered my allergies. The pillows were old and worn out, and the room was poorly lit, making it feel dark, depressing, and uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and definitely not worth the price I paid.

I'll be back!
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and observant. Not just doing their jobs, but genuinely interested in my satisfaction and comfort. Everything from parking to the snack shop to a great breakfast.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer :-)

No hacían la habitación, no reponían los accesorios, pedí que me volvieran a poner acondicionador y aún sigo esperando. El autobús que tanto dicen que te lleva a universal era un hombre en furgoneta que olía a gasoil cuando estabas dentro que te mareabas.

Cercanía a los parques de Universal, ofrecen transportes a los parques. La atención de algunos miembros del front desk, buena piscina, y sauna, cuartos cómodos en general

Cons:

Me quedé 5 noches, en 3 en tres diferentes habitaciones porque nos quedamos más de lo acordado ya que nos gustó mucho el hotel, pero si habían ciertas cosas a recalcar en cada una de estas habitaciones. En la primera no servía el control remoto de la televisión. En la segunda encontramos pelos en el en la tina de bañarse. Y aparte de eso era aire acondicionado hizo un charco de agua, así que al hacer el check Out nos cambiamos de habitación. La tercera habitación era un poco complicado la llave para bañarse y el cuarto se veía un poco más antiguo,también vi algunas cortinas que estaban rotas en el baño y eso no me gustó. Son claros en decir que no hacen las camas pero por lo menos ponen toallas nuevas
