Great location but dirty room.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. I paid 300 dollas for 4 nights pool side with a perfect location 👌

Cons:

Rooms am not cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels. Shower was awful and dated. On the last night woke up with bed bug bites on my back.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel cerca de las atracciones turísticas y diferentes puntos para visitar

Cons:

Desdé el momento en que llegué, tenía pasé para ir al parque temático de Universal Studio y nunca me ayudaron con el bus, que en teoría decía que se brindaba el transporte a los parques temáticos, tampoco le informan a uno del depósito que hay que realizar y la demora para la devolución, después mi habitación presentó varios desperfectos los cuáles tuve que comunicar al servicio encargado para solucionarlos y el jabón de baño tuve que solicitarlo al personal de limpieza porque no había en la habitación

Overall experience was good. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Location. It’s close to everything that I needed to go to. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Initially there was an issue with the water not draining in the tub but that was fixed quickly and I wish it was explained that there was no microwave . I hadn’t been to this location in a couple years and didn’t know they no longer provided microwaves in the hotel room.

Joan is the MAN

If you’re anywhere near Orlando, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar at the Best Western Orlando Gateway and ask for Joan.

We don’t even stay at the hotel, but every time we’re in the area, we make it a point to stop in and see him. Joan is hands down one of the best bartenders we’ve met. He remembers his customers, makes everyone feel welcome, and always provides top-notch service with a great attitude.

Whether you’re looking for a perfectly made drink, great conversation, or just a friendly face after a long day, Joan delivers every time. His professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality keep us coming back again and again.

The hotel is lucky to have him behind the bar. Thanks, Joan, for always making our visits memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

Orlando Park getaway

The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of all the Orlando parks. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. You practically have everything you need for a great price.
