There was an issue with the AC that couldn’t b resolved and created loud noise that interrupted our sleep.

If you’re just sleeping and showering perfect.
Pros:

Close to all theme parks staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

It’s cheap for a reason upon entering the room it was dirty, hair balls on floor sticky floor bugs in the bathroom. Dust all over the shutter blinds. Could do with a refurb. Other than that it’s brilliant for price and location.

El mejor hotel de Orlando
Pros:

Definitivamente la atención al cliente, Luciana es increiblemente especial, es la razón para volver una y otra vez a este hotel. Luciana desde la bienvenida fue sumamente especial con nosotros y se encargó de hacernos sentir increible. María en el restaurante fué sumamente amable en su atención, ella y su esposo son muy especiales con todos los huéspedes.
