Lage Perfekt, Personal mega, tolle Ausstattung
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Haben spontan auf ein Meerblick Zimmer upgraden können.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Ideal, wenn man ein Mietauto hat und sternförmig die Insel erkunden will.

Cons:

Putzdamen reinigten nur so lala. Um die Schuhe wurde herum staubgesaugt und über Oberflächen herumgewischt. Störte uns aber nicht großartig- war ja eh unser Dreck 😅
Der Wellnessbereich roch sehr stark nach Chlor

Wunderbares Hotel nahe Strand und Ort
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, welches ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen würde. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich (ich bekam mehrere Überraschungen zu meinem Geburtstag, herzlichen Dank nochmal). Die Massagen sind absolut empfehlenswert und auch beim Frühstück sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben.

Bon emplaxement , hotel calme et bien équipé
Pros:

Emplacement central par rapport aux centre d'interêt de l île, les 2 restaurants dont un snake très pratique , hotel très bien équipé chambre spacieuse.

Good location but lacks the charm of the Azores.
Pros:

Great location and rooms with sea view are nice. Staff were nice. Restaurant not bad. Breakfast buffet was large but only ok.

Oceanside comfort
Pros:

Clean, modern room with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Great central location for exploring the island. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a selection of cheeses, breads, eggs, and juices in the breakfast buffet each morning. Would've liked to take a swim in the indoor and/or outdoor pool if we had the time!

Cons:

Slightly expensive, but worth the price for the beautiful location and ocean view room

O hotel é lindo. Localização. Em frente à praia. O staff fantástico. O Chef excelente. Restaurantes perto.

Cons:

Bebés a nadarem na piscina interior. A piscina interior deveria ser um local de silêncio e não de barulheira, por falta de civismo.

Pros:

Staff courtesy, indoor spa, good massage, room was very clean, excellent breakfast

Cons:

Restaurant service was not at the level of the hotel, and prices very high for the food, forcing us to always go out for dinner, a pity. Room in the front was a bit noisy from the street.
