Very relaxing and comfortable.
Easy to get to and car parking
The added expense for parking on top of stay
Location 1st class for the event we were attending @TECA
Rooms beautifully clean.
Good quality linen and towels.
Check In - is like a marathon - every guest had issues - not a simple process that is for sure.
Car Parking cost and even though we paid £30 for the 2 night stay we have received a txt saying we need to pay - this will be a major issue to sort out.
The pillows are awful.
The bed was comfortable
This property is not upholding the Hilton brand as one would expect. For the business traveler booking into the executive lounge was like going to your sixth form common room with no facilities, a non functioning coffee machine, soft drinks in glass bottles that were locked , beer that was not and no snacks of substance! Poor. The happy hour was not very happy if you are expecting a place to eat and have some nice food and drinks selection, happy if you and your mate are keen on catching up though . There were no vegetarian options and besides meat and meat your really stuck. I’m not even vegetarian and I felt embarrassed!
For such a large executive lounge it was very poorly housed and if felt like the last lounge before you leave camp Kandahar!
Breakfast was interesting again a fantastic array of a meat lovers paradise it is Scotland after all but even an omelette station would have sufficed. Lots of food and thankfully when asked for they do make omelettes and vege sausages if wanted, but make sure you ask staff members who have been there longer than the first week ! Appreciated the local delicacies which would not be allowed in most CCUs, but you only live once so there you go. The swimming pool is large and a jacuzzi but go early otherwise the serenity of a relaxation is broken by water aerobics and some old school 90s bangers tunes!
The property is beautiful, rooms lovely and very clean.
Clean excellent breakfast
Rooms were far too hot
Very relaxed atmosphere, clean, spacious. The staff were very friendly. Staff in spa were also very friendly. Amazing and clean facilities in there also, busy when we went but quiet and relaxing.
Room was a decent size (2x queen beds) and very clean. Bed and pillows. Accessible shower and handles in bathroom. Fitness centre was great, again very clean. Breakfast was very good, excellent range of options. Staff were all brilliant!
Nothing!
Giant beds were good.
Cleaning staff chatting at the bedroom door. Room seemed sound proof until morning
Lovely room although needs a bit of TLC marks in carpet chip bathroom tiles
I am a member at the gym and u are supposed to get 20% off of food and they couldn’t authorise as only managers can do this very disappointing
I am not a big drinker but I got a Cointreu & white lemonade and was shocked by £11.90 price.
Louise is very lovely and very good at her attention to detail and very nice and Eildh and Eva has been fantastic
Louise Eva andeilidh were the most mostese
We had a party of 8 booked in 2 family rooms and a double room. From booking this and talking to reception weeks before and our needs to be in close proximity as travelling with teenagers the request was made easily and understood our needs. On arriving Nash in reception remembered our booking and made check in simple and easy for the group. Having travelled hours and separately our request for any earlier check in was requested and the hotel did their upmost to help us where they could. Throughout our stay the overall staff were so helpful and accommodating from bar, flight bar to receptionists and cleaning staff/supervisors. Our young party of people particularly felt safe and secure having security at the door of the hotel.
Thank you to all for our great stay. Will be back for more group stays.
Just checked in and I love the hotel. Room is spacious and has everything I expect from a Hilton. Spotlessly clean and very quiet. Only slight miff is my colleagues all got a can of Irn-Bru and a Tunnocks wafer bar and I didn’t…I feel cheated! Haha
