Clean. Modern. Felt luxury. Great customer service
The pool and leisure facilities were great. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
The TV in the room was out of sync and had only a few working channels. You also couldn’t connect a laptop to the tv to watch entertainment of your choice. This stay for us was an escape to relax and watch shows of our choice- this limited this. Breakfast finished quite early- 9:30 rather than the usual 10am of other hotels. Room service was nice but took almost an hour to arrive.

Beds were too firm

There was not enough beds in the spa for relaxing and the ones that were there people had there towels on them even though they were not on them at all
Stayed here as a family for 3 nights. Hotel is lovely and beds were so comfortable in both of our rooms.
Location was great for us as not noisy despite being close to the airport, and easy to get out of the city, without having to navigate heavy traffic.
The pool was a bit dark, and there was no water in the dispenser for use after the sauna, though this could be avoided by taking your own! On our second day, I went down to the spa/pool to ask if we needed to bring coins for lockers. I didn’t even get to speak before a rude young woman working on the desk snapped at me that it’s not kids time at the pool. We didn’t even have any swimwear on, nor bring anything down with us, so absolutely no reason to even assume that we were there to use the pool, or speak to anyone so rudely in any case.
The breakfast was lovely, with a vast selection, but the amount of flies on the food, every morning was pretty disgusting.
The rooms were comfortable and the rest of the staff except the one at the spa reception, were lovely.

Exceptional quality , clean rooms friendly staff excellent views and they even offer a dog bed and biscuits what more can one ask … oh and if you have an EV the charging comes included in the parking !!! I will a million percent come back here !!
Good location for travelling to and from airport. Fair prices considering the quality of the rooms and amenities you get. Recommend booking in restaurant as it was extremely busy the night we went. Very hardworking and friendly staff. Emma was brilliant, very hardworking and always got a smile on her face. We had a great experience.
The hotel is great and very close to the airport. Really spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean too. The restaurant was extremely busy, it did take a little while to get food out but we didn’t mind and recognised how busy it was. They also allow dogs in the bar. We want to thank and commend Emma and Craig who took care of us. They were non-stop the entire night and we thought they were fantastic. Very hardworking and polite.
Another good night in the Hilton Aberdeen TECA although the AC in room 403 was struggling a little. Staff were great and the bed was comfortable. No food this time just a quick overnight.
Stayed for one night: Positives - enjoyed the spa, great breakfast, all very clean, nice comfortable beds. Midday checkout was appreciated!
Negatives - underwhelming evening meal and a long wait at reception on arrival.
Would stay again.
