We have stayed here frequently for the past few years as our two youngest children live in the area. The staff is friendly and responsive; the rooms, restaurant, and fitness center are very clean. The breakfast offered to Marriott elite guests is top-notch! Very generous and the menu has many options. The wait staff at the restaurant are particularly friendly, efficient, and thoughtful! We've stayed at Marriott properties where the "free" breakfast is very limited.
We stayed here right after Christmas last year and unfortunately had to put our 5 year-old black lab down due to kidney failure. The staff at the Marriott removed our dog fee and also, the next time we stayed there, the front desk staff expressed condolences for the loss of our dog--over and above.
We've had many great interactions with Mitchell at the front desk. There are many places to stay in the Denver Area, but this one stands out.

The location was great! Close to the mall and restaurants for shopping.
The coffee machine in the rooms were outdated and the coffee was not good. Had to go to the lobby and buy coffee. The coffee shop was delicious though.
Very clean and modern
$20 to park your car!
The location was good, lobby looks good.
Wifi $14,95 per day, unless you join their loyalty program. Loyalty is build by behavior, not by a program. Room was outdated, uncomfortable beds
I liked that my conference was at the hotel, easy check-in process, everything was clean, daily cleanings, needing key cards to get to the room levels, breakfast was really good, and meals provided by the hotel for the conference were delicious!
My friend had her car broken into in the parking lot the first night.
I would like to recognize Karen at the Marriott DTC for her outstanding service during my stay last week. I arrived around 1:30 a.m. following several travel complications. While the other clerk on duty didn't seem particularly interested in assisting guests, Karen was the exact opposite. She was welcoming, efficient, and proactive in offering me a late checkout to accommodate my late arrival. Her hospitality made a huge difference in my stay!
The open space.
The parking is out of control.
I recently stayed at the Marriott DTC under very difficult circumstances while in town for a funeral. While the hotel itself was a little bit dated, it was the front desk agent, Karin, who really made my stay memorable. Traveling for a loss is never easy, but Karin net me with such genuine empathy and grace. She went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable, and her kindness was a much needed breath of fresh air during a heavy weekend. She even surprised me with a breakfast voucher for the on-site restaurant, a thoughtful gesture that saved me from one less thing to worry about that next morning. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to true hospitality, especially in the middle of the night. I just wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due and make sure she knows just how much her actions meant to me on an otherwise very sad and dark trip.
Best stay for my corporate team! They were helpful booking was easy and once my team got there they’re helpful
Super clean hotel and nice rooms. Neal in the lounge was super friendly and provided great customer service. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
