Very clean and modern
$20 to park your car!
The location was good, lobby looks good.
Wifi $14,95 per day, unless you join their loyalty program. Loyalty is build by behavior, not by a program. Room was outdated, uncomfortable beds
I liked that my conference was at the hotel, easy check-in process, everything was clean, daily cleanings, needing key cards to get to the room levels, breakfast was really good, and meals provided by the hotel for the conference were delicious!
My friend had her car broken into in the parking lot the first night.
I would like to recognize Karen at the Marriott DTC for her outstanding service during my stay last week. I arrived around 1:30 a.m. following several travel complications. While the other clerk on duty didn't seem particularly interested in assisting guests, Karen was the exact opposite. She was welcoming, efficient, and proactive in offering me a late checkout to accommodate my late arrival. Her hospitality made a huge difference in my stay!
The open space.
The parking is out of control.
I recently stayed at the Marriott DTC under very difficult circumstances while in town for a funeral. While the hotel itself was a little bit dated, it was the front desk agent, Karin, who really made my stay memorable. Traveling for a loss is never easy, but Karin net me with such genuine empathy and grace. She went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable, and her kindness was a much needed breath of fresh air during a heavy weekend. She even surprised me with a breakfast voucher for the on-site restaurant, a thoughtful gesture that saved me from one less thing to worry about that next morning. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to true hospitality, especially in the middle of the night. I just wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due and make sure she knows just how much her actions meant to me on an otherwise very sad and dark trip.
Best stay for my corporate team! They were helpful booking was easy and once my team got there they’re helpful
Super clean hotel and nice rooms. Neal in the lounge was super friendly and provided great customer service. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
Location
No free breakfast, pool located in strange hallway, paying to park, room in need of maintenance
Easy to check in - coming in late from a meeting - friendly staff
Everything was great.
Nothing
The stadd
Hotel was beautiful had options and amenities.
Having to pay for parking on top of the cost of the room. Made us not want to come back to the hotel until we were done for the day.
M-club one of the better ones with Marriott’s TY . Marriott’s reward your members you will slowly lose us cause other Marriott’s are horrendous M-clubs . Minor investment for us that spend a ton each year. I’m on the verge going back to Hilton diamond . And quit spreading germs make us pour milk or juice out of a jug when people don’t wash hands before touching . Hygiene get with it !!!!!!!!!!!
During my stay, I experienced several inconveniences, including having to change rooms after already unpacking due to maintenance issues. While I won’t go into detail here, as I already shared my concerns directly with management, the response I received did not address the points I raised, which was disappointing.
What I do want to highlight, and the primary reason for writing this review, is to recognize two exceptional staff members who truly made a difference during my stay.
Mac A. (LP) and Leverne H. (M. Club) were nothing short of outstanding. They consistently demonstrated compassion, warmth, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. They took the time to acknowledge the inconveniences I experienced and made it clear that they were present, attentive, and ready to assist in any way they could. Their kindness and respect stood in sharp contrast to other interactions I had and left a lasting impression.
In my experience, Mac and Leverne exemplify what excellent hospitality should look like. They went above and beyond, and I sincerely hope their efforts and character are recognized, as they would make excellent leaders. I am grateful to have encountered such incredible human beings and wanted to publicly thank them for their care and professionalism.
Great stay overall. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with consistently hot showers. The gym was impressively large and well equipped for cardio, including Peloton bikes, which was a nice bonus. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Special shout-out to Neal from the M-Club lounge, who was always cheerful and made mornings a lot brighter. Having a Starbucks right in the lobby was also very convenient.
The only downside was the laundry pricing: washing a small item like underwear cost USD $4–$6, the same price as a business shirt, which felt a bit steep.
