入住前先行聯繫飯店，我的朋友會比較早到，飯店欣然的讓我的朋友先入住休息。因為剛好朋友生日，寫卡片許願請飯店做毛巾小動物與蛋糕，飯店真的準備蛋糕與毛巾動物，給我們很大的驚喜，謝謝飯店給我們難忘的住宿體驗，賓至如歸的感覺。
Pros:

員工服務很好，開朗並耐心的回應問題；打掃的很乾淨、空間舒適；1樓公共區晚上10點前可免費拿瓶裝水。

隔音比較差。

Peaceful and refreshing
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was replenished frequently and really was suited to all tastes. Loved the fruit and yoghurt.
Location meant easy access to markets, massages and old part of Chiang Mai. Quite hot weather meant Grabs were easier and more comfortable to use. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, loved the hot water and powerful shower. The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly. Even though the hotel was busy, gauging by number of people at breakfast, the hotel rooms were quiet and the hotel was peaceful. We were not disturbed by movement of people in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable and most refreshing. Excellent price performance.

Dans l’ensemble malgré que nous n’ayons pas eu la meilleure chambre.. ça reste un petit hôtel sympa et bien situé !
Pros:

Personnel très sympa et dynamique. À l’écoute de la clientèle et prêt à apporter leur aide si nécessaire.
Pas un très large choix pour le petit déjeuner mais qui pour moi était quand même suffisant et bon !

Cons:

Notre chambre était la première au rez-de-chaussée donc on entendait malheureusement tout lorsque les gens étaient très bruyant. On a vu avec l’équipe pour une chambre mais l’hôtel était déjà complet.
Salle de bain : pas de fenêtre au rez-de-chaussée, pas de pommeau de douche juste une petite tête de douche

Pros:

The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Also the hotel room is huge and comfortable. It also gives very relaxed vibe surrounded by greenaries breakfast also available at site. Otherwise great add ons , free flow of mineral water and fruits throughout the day.

Cons:

Location canbe abit off put as its not walkable to nearby stores or the old city. But grab options is available and price is reasonable esp if using grab bike.
