Lovely place, great location, handy to everything, beautiful room, great meals
The beds were really comfortable, but maybe just a tad bit soft but still they were good and I slept great. Hotel wasn't too far from key tourist areas and the breakfast in the morning was good.
Every staff member i dealt with were extremely friendly and is why I'll definitely return to this hotel.

Everything, except room service
Room service. My daughter ordered 4 bottles of water, after an hour I phoned reception, they were going to follow this up. At 1 hour 40 mins, my daughter went downself and got her bottles of water. This was the only downfall of our stay

Renovating the building, unable to use the balcony.
Windows were very dirty, probably form the renovations.
No toiletries ie soap, shampoo etc
Fruit under the bed that looked like it had been there for at least a week
With the renovations going on the price should reflect this as we couldn’t use all of the facilities.
Our beds were very soft
The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Good location with everything we needed in walking distance. Stefan was friendly & very helpful and asset to the premises.

Very basic. Dated and barely working.

The car park is secure with a coded gate. The hotel is back from the main road, so there is no traffic noise.
The range of breakfast food is quite extensive. The bed was quite comfortable.
The room did not have a safe, The sheets and door insert were too small for the mattress size and there was no overhang. The restaurant menu does not cater to vegetarians very well and needs more options, which for our stay of 6 days was an issue.
