Nice hotel and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, nice and friendly staff made our stay quite pleasant. Location of the hotel is good and ample parking space for guests. Breakfast was good, especially the pastry items were quite good. Fresh baked cookies for guests at the check-in counter was a nice welcoming gesture.

Cons:

More breakfast space, if possible, would be nice. Also, more fresh fruit options would surely be appreciated.

Great staff and very nice room.
Pros:

The room was great and the staff friendly and proactive. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Nothing I didnt like but was a little hard to find the first time. Especially at night its dark in the area so we got a little lost getting in and out

Convenient location, good place for dogs, good breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to the highway but off the highway and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by trees and a pleasant location to walk the dog. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

They were using a leaf blower right outside the front door when we checked in and it was so noisy we could barely hear the clerk.

Pros:

Close to highway, but quiet due to surrounding trees. Ample, free parking. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfy.

Cons:

The cleaner used on the tile floors left a sticky residue. The water bottles offered at check-in were a nice thought...If they were left in the fridge, that would have made it easier as my hands were already full..

There doesn’t seem to be a designated smoking area and so people congregate around the front door and literally sit on the benches with no smoking signs… to smoke. It’s pretty un-welcoming

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are great for families.
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful, the breakfasts are good, beds are comfortable, property is clean and decorated nicely.

Cons:

I was told housekeeping would be every other day and they were a no show. Bathroom does not have a fan.

Unprofessional
Pros:

The hotel manager came to our room accusing us of smoking marijuana, which was completely false. We were not smoking anything at all. He was very rude and unprofessional when he approached us, making accusations without any proof.

After that, we went to the front desk because we wanted to file a complaint about the way we were treated. Unfortunately, the same manager came out and continued with the same rude attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, he told us that if we wanted to leave the hotel he would make us leave, simply because we came to speak to him about the issue.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel disrespected as guests. We expected better treatment and basic respect from hotel management. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
