Very clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast area is great, with high ceilings and decoration. Also, I liked the water dispenser and ice machines.
Parking fees
Considering the breakfast issue, I am very surprised and happy with how clean the hotel was. The floors were not dirty or sticky, the ice area was clean, the front entrance nice and neat. The room was very clean and the air conditioner works good. I like that they had full size hand soap and lotion containers as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They were not the travel size and I've never seen that. The bed was comfortable the pool was nice. I like that I could park where I could see the car.
Most of my rating comes from the breakfast and wifi access. The website said the breakfast had bacon, muffins and a whole lot more. They said they were known for their waffles, but didn't say that you had to make them yourself. There was no bacon, the eggs were not good, the apples & oranges were a little soft/mushy and had little bugs flying around. The juices and the milk for the cereal had little flies crawling on it as well. The bread was stale. It was very disappointing when looking forward to a great breakfast when especially when its most likely your only meal of that day. The website said wifi "included" but it didn't say you had to sign up for spam emails to get the wifi, so I got no work done. The staff was not so great. They also looked a little angry or annoyed all the time. It was a off putting. Only one staff member smiled and greeted us in when we arrived and only one staff member said thank you goodbye when we were leaving. Most likely won't be my first pick when coming out here again. Just a side note, I don't like being called by my last name, however, it looks like you all put my last name as my first and my first as my last. Didn't like that.
After spending a day in San Francisco, we drove to San Jose to fly out the next morning to Honolulu. We enjoyed staying at Hilton brand hotels and this was no different. The hotel was located next to a couple other hotels -one being a budget hotel, which kind of made me a little bit fearful. Parking was free and outside adjacent to the Holiday Inn hotel. The room was clean and tidy and the elevator was prompt. There was a pool that we did not use. Of note the bathrooms were not near the pool which is a reason maybe I didn't go in. It is an indoor pool. My daughter forgot a toothbrush and they were able to get us one. The front desk guy opened the drawer to a whirlwind of things people forget, toothpaste. Female products, ect. We left before breakfast so I wasn't able to do a review on it. Overall a good spot if you're just making an overnight trip. It's a quick 5-minute drive to the airport. There's a gas station close by if you need to fuel up.
House keeping was very challenging
We needed to the remind the receptionist several times before the house keeping came to arrange the room
I liked that they have a free shuttle to the airport which makes it convenient for catching an early flight. The room was clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable.
I don't have any complaints.
Nice

Charge the wrong amounts
very convenient for airport and Levi stadium
Late June 2026, 1 night: An increasing number of Hampton Inns across the nation no longer seem as predictable or value-oriented as the brand used to be. This is a nice hotel, clean, very quiet, located in a quiet, safe, nicely landscaped business park (Paypal is nearby), less than 3 minute walk to the Karina VTA tram station, and several miles from restaurants. $15/night parking in what appears to be a relatively safe parking lot in front of the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is quiet with no street noise. However, if quiet is critical then request a room far from the loud elevator bell. Our room layout was quirky. Another review correctly observed that the corner faucet of the bathroom sink invariably splashes water onto the countertop. And if short, a stepstool is required to reach the inconvenient stack of bath towels. But the mattress and bedding were Hampton-comfortable and the room was fine for the night.
It's a 10 minute drive to San Jose SJC Airport car rental garage. The hotel's free shuttle service runs every 1/2 hour starting 5:00 AM but sign up when checking-in.
