Wood floors were cheap. Worn out needs a refresh. Breakfast was poor.
Basic and poor breakfast
I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Don’t be the last person to arrive for the night even if you have a CONFIRMED reservation, your room may have been given to someone else.
Even if you speak to an employee 6 hours prior to your arrival and let them know you will not be arriving until 10:30PM and they assure you that’s no problem, your room may not be available.
They will not call you to inform you of this situation before you arrive. They will inform you when you walk into the hotel that they have moved you to a SUB STANDARD hotel (that is not even a Hilton property) and then ask you to wait 30 minutes before they can drive you to this hotel.
