It was just ok. Paid a lot for the room not to look like the suite I booked online.

Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

When I entered the room I felt very welcomed with my name on the TV. It was clean, well lit and roomy. Beautiful interior and perfect for a nights rest!

Cons:

I didn't like that the door hinge was loose as if someone was trying to get in.

Proximity to SAP and cleanliness of room positive.
Pros:

Proximity to SAP center. Very clean as expected from Hampton.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The overall stay was ok because the hotel is clean and it was quiet so it was easy to sleep.

Cons:

Only 1 staff member acknowledged my family and I during our stay. All others were not friendly at all on only spoke if they had to. Nobody welcomed us when we arrived. 2 ladies were behind the counter and didn't say a word. They acted like they didn't want to be there.

The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder. It was missing the middle piece that holds the paper roll.

There was no complimentary water bottle as most hotels have. Instead we were charged $5 for each water bottle.

The beds say queen size but they are small and seem to be smaller than an actual queen bed.

When I chose my room it said I had to pay more which I dont know why.

Perfect!
Pros:

The location was perfect. A little over a mile from the airport. I used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the drivers were prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, I missed the buffet breakfast due to a 0500 check-in time at the airport. But, there was coffee and hot water available in the lobby at 0400!

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Don’t change a thing.

I was not happy with the stay

Cons:

Didn’t like that the description mentioned pool was heated . There was ants in our restroom. There was not enough towels . Ace was not working in elevator and ace was not working in breakfast area .

Overall ok.
Cons:

One of the elevators didn’t work after the first night (we stayed 4 nights). This was quite incredible as we were on the fifth floor. Also, the faucet is too close to the sink edge so the bathroom counter was always wet.

Overall I enjoyed my stay but there is obviously work to be done in service and attitude.
Pros:

Thank you for a better breakfast option than most other hotel that I’ve stayed at. I would like it that a sign be put out stating that 15 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast hour that the breakfast will not be replenished instead of having your guest wait around thinking more food is going to be brought out. Maybe upon check in it could be mentioned or having a breakfast station agent keep an eye on things a bit better. I also experienced the coffee stations in the lobby and breakfast station both being empty at the same time on both days of my stay. Again a small detail but an important follow up for your guest.

Cons:

Attention to the lack of parking.unfortunately there were a couple of nights that drove around for ten minutes trying to find parking and was forced to luckily find parking in the red zone in front of the hotel pool and gym area. After a long day and evening of work it was a little frustrating. No parking attendant and I was informed by a heavy set, balding white male with, graying facial hair who I believe , may have been the overnight night auditor “ that if everyone else was doing it, it was obviously fine to park there”. Not sure being made to feel stupid, is part of a good a guest experience when your not informed that this is the normal way things are done at this establishment or parking in the a red zone,is safe to do.
