At check-out, if no charges are outstanding, the credit/debit pre-authorisation or EFTPOS transaction will be reversed. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the release of funds. Cash bonds will be refunded in full at check-out.

Does the job. Decent price for a large room close to the city
Pros:

view from room was amazing. bed was really comfy. the long bench was really useful to spread out my things and sort them out.

Cons:

not enough staff working the bar at happy hour and they didn't seem to have much knowledge of the menu or the prices. there were tiny hairs on the top of my bed when i arrived. the corridors are a bit shabby and tired looking. the lighting in the bedroom would benefit from warm soft bulbs rather than cool white lighting. An armchair would be nice too

I wouldnt recommend and won’t stay again
Pros:

The staff were super awesome and helpful

Cons:

Everything except the staff. First room was stained bedding and moldy bathroom staff were awesome and understanding and happy to move me to another room, this one had mouse holes everywhere in the skirting and above the bed and cupboards plastic covers held together by sticky tape. For nearly $300 per night I expected a lot more

The pillows are the best part of the stay.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable & the pillows were marshmallows.

Cons:

You pay for what you get. #63 Saturday night. Bad idea. The strict no smoking rules are a farce. The rooms stink of cigarettes, require a higher level of cleaning - stained carpet, floors still had debris, soap scum around taps, rusted & paint peeled Roman style bath with a plastic mat that was mouldy & covered in hairs.
Then there's the clientele. So he's obviously dragged one back from the local nightclub, Him 40 (later in the evening 43, her 23 - scored) whacks on the YouTube boom box, chucks on the bathroom extraction fan, slides back the glass door with toxic masculinity force and proceededs to have a boozy packet of fags a day evening with his new trophy, until 4am no less! At which time he slings it out, grunts n' groans whilst he's taking a whizz & has a shower...... Silence - then at 6.50am she slides out of bed, grabs her things & slams the door.
And no none of us got lucky!
All the reviews I read previously were spot on. The whole place needs a makeover & some attention to detail wouldn't go astray or should that be ashtray?? King Superior with River View - Nothing was superior.
