Please note, at check-in we will also require a security deposit of $150 AUD in the form of a credit or debit card pre-authorisation or $250 bond in the case of guests choosing to use cash or EFTPOS cards.
At check-out, if no charges are outstanding, the credit/debit pre-authorisation or EFTPOS transaction will be reversed. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the release of funds. Cash bonds will be refunded in full at check-out.
Valid photo identification (in the same name as the payment card used for booking) must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained.
Please note there is a 3% surcharge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card, and a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Staff were not as friendly as others that I have stayed with.. superficial at most
There was a very load banging noise above our room that also made our room shake after many hours awake listening to the noise I finally rang reception around 2am and told them about the noise they said it is fine it is just something to do with the air conditioner banging after reporting the noise it did seem to stop eventually. I then reported this to the staff on check out and they just said sorry. I believe they could have offered me a meal/drink voucher or a discount of future accommodation as I have stayed at the property many times and also have family members that stay regularly.

How can you not take payment of a guest that only has a picture of a work credit card over the phone / desktop on check in even when you’ve charged them for one night already. Refund for cancellation declined, yet you can accept the full payment using the same card initially used to pay for the one night online.
This is the first time I’ve experienced this and I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world.
I booked another hotel close by, turned out to be much more accommodating and the staff was amazing. They entered my work card into the system and made payment easy.
Going forward, perhaps upgrade your system. You’ve lost any potential future stays from myself and family.
We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. Or maybe it just felt that way because of the large, wrap-around windows. We felt like we had room to move, and enough space to store our things. The room had a nice feel to it.
I absolutely loved being able to walk down to the river in the morning.
The traffic noise coming off Canning Hwy was a bit loud for us, but that's probably because we live in a very quiet place. I have good earplugs and I used those.
I never got my bond of $100 back

The bathroom was very dated and the drain in the sink drained poorly.
The gluten free selection on the menu was very poor.
