Was told that the 1 bedroom apartment was available when I chatted with them on booking.com but later on during the check in, the staff told me it was not available and only standard room is. Even parking was full. Decided to cancel my stay and proceeded to a different hotel

Not bad, but needs to be better!!
Pros:

This was our first time stay, as I always wanted to get photos of the Perth skyline!
We Stayed for 2 nights as a part of a Redballoon gift voucher provided by Camera Electronic store in Perth.
The hotel is nice and tidy, plenty of parking for guests, great location for photographers!!
Room was decent, shower could have been a better experience (hotter and with a decent shower head) and the included continental breakfast was pretty poor and little choice really (don't be stingy for $224 per night!) for protein eaters (no real cheese or eggs or cold meats).

Decent but needs improvements
Pros:
