The view was excellent and also the size of the room. Undercover free secure parking was good also.
Wasn't able to get an evening meal at 8:50pm and was told the kitchen had closed, even though it was advertised to be open until 9pm.

Dirty room, rude staff, overpriced
Proximity to the CBD, South Perth and Vic Park is excellent. Staff are friendly and there are good options for eating down in the foyer.
We've stayed here before and have enjoyed it but I think we must have gotten a bad room on this occasion. The water pressure surged constantly while having a shower. The soap dispenser had fallen off the double sided sticky strip over the bathroom sink on arrival. Windows were really dirty - needed a good clean. The worst part was the traffic noise from Canning Hwy and elevator noise well after midnight.
Next time we stay here I'll ask to be in a room on the river/city side and away from the elevators.
