Ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, alte Zimmerausstattung aber gute Betten und Ausstattung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war das Beste am Hotel. Eine gute Auswahl und qualitativ gute Speisen und Getränke. In der unmittelbaren Nähe ist auch eine Bushaltestelle und öffentliche Parkplätze. Pflegemittel, Bügeleisen und Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee waren im Zimmer vorhanden, ebenfalls ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat nicht das Niveau wie erwartet (alte Stühle, Teppiche und Möbel). Auch hatten wir Baulärm am Morgen und Abend im Nachbarzimmer. Offenbar werden im Moment Teile des Hotels umgebaut. Leider war auch die Dame am Empfangstresen nicht sonderlich freundlich oder zuvorkommend, dafür sehr wortkarg, gibt sicher auch andere und freundlichere Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Kort verblijf in Maastricht
Pros:

Hotel is gelegen bij het MECC in Maastricht. Treinstation is op loopafstand (5 minuten). Hotel ligt buiten het centrum maar het centrum is met het openbaar vervoer snel te bereiken. Inchecken ging snel en probleemloos. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en was netjes en ruim. Badkamer was netjes. Shampoo, zeep, bodyconditioner waren aanwezig. Wifi was goed. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende.

Duur voor wat je krijgt. Opzich prima, maar bijvoorbeeld geen stopcontacten naast het bed, een beetje een vergane spiegel en een stoffige afzuiging in de badkamer. Wellness stelt niet heel veel voor, de bubbelbaden waren roestig.

Prima verblijf tijdens een congres voor werk. Lekker dichtbij het MECC.
Pros:

Fijne grote kamer, heerlijk bed, schoon, geweldig ontbijt, vriendelijke hulp aan de receptie die met mij meedacht. Lekker fruit beschikbaar in de lobbey. Heel fijn de late uitcheck tijd van 12uur!

Cons:

1) Google maps stuurde mij steeds naar parkeerplaats 4. Er staat in de buurt van het hotel heel slecht aangegeven dat je voor het Hotel op P8 moet parkeren. Mijn collega had precies hetzelfde en heeft net als ik meerdere rondjes gereden.
2) Ik kreeg een kaart om aan de deur te hangen wanneer ik NIET wilde dat de kamer werd schoon gemaakt. Ik had het fijn gevonden als de receptie mij hierop had geattendeerd. Het systeem zou wat mij betreft andersom moeten: alleen als je wilt dat je kamer wordt schoon gemaakt dat je een kaart aan de deur hangt. Ik had de handdoeken opgehangen en vond het niet nodig om alweer schone handdoeken te krijgen, maar omdat ik de kaart was vergeten is dit toch gedaan. Dit is niet heel milieu vriendelijk. Als de standaard is dat je kamer niet na 1 dag wordt schoongemaakt (wat i.p. prima kan) dan is het mogelijk om de service te bieden dat het wel gedaan wordt als men het aangeeft. Ik denk namelijk dat er meer mensen zijn zoals ik die de tekst op de kaart niet goed lezen en daardoor deze kaart niet ophangen of het vergeten.
3) Het was heel erg warm op de kamer. Ik heb de ventilator aangezet, maar deze maakte veel geluid. Gelukkig had ik oordoppen mee, anders had ik niet kunnen slapen zo luid was dit.
4) de afzuig van de douche en toilet deed het niet, waardoor het lang heel vochtig en de spiegel beslagen bleef in de badkamer.
5) wat de prijs-kwaliteit betreft: ik betaalde nu circa 220 euro voor 1 nacht voor een kamer, terwijl dezelfde kamer 1 week later de helft van de prijs kost.

Room wasn’t ready, stuff is amazing.

Good location for my trip purposes

Cons:

The air conditioner was very loud, and the room was quite dusty. The floor lamp was held together with tape, the curtains were partially detached, and the bin had a broken lid and no bag inside.

However, after I spoke to the reception manager, a maintenance technician came and fixed almost everything.
