Pros:

Bella camera, ampia e con tutti i servizi, abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante dell'hotel, molto buono! Molto bella e ampia la palestra.

Cons:

Camera un pochino datata e ferma nel tempo per un 4 stelle. La spa piccola e con poche attività, tra cui una vasca chiusa, che aumenta i tempi per le 2 vasche idromassaggio.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück aussergewöhnlich gut. Top Lage.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus enttäuschend.

Spacious, comfortable, and full of great perks!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a huge, comfortable bed. It was equipped with a large desk perfect for working, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine with free capsules, as well as a complimentary bottle of water. The thick blackout curtains on the windows completely blocked out the morning light, ensuring a peaceful rest in a very quiet area. The hotel's amenities are excellent: the building has elevators, they offer sufficient toiletries, and there is a luggage storage service available. I also loved the welcoming touch of fruit-infused water at the entrance. Location-wise, it is very conveniently close to the train station.

Cons:

On the downside, the price is on the higher side, though to be fair, it aligns with what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It is also a bit far from the historic center of Maastricht, but it is still completely walkable (about 2.6 km).

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Lage etwas abseits der City, Weg mit Rad in.die Stadt ok !

Kiosk/Snack Artikel im Hotel überteuert, keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan!

Pros:

Letto grande e confortevole sia per materasso che per cuscini. Bagno pulito e dimensione della camera perfetta.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'erano del lavori proprio davanti alla nostra camera ed avevamo tanto rumore dalla mattina presto, con l'addetto alla gru proprio all'altezza della nostra finestra: non ci era stato detto. Per fortuna avevamo sveglia presto!

Cons:

Friends staying at this hotel recommended it, but our experience was terrible. Upon check-in, we were never told the A/C was broken. When I asked about it, the night clerk was extremely rude and aggressive, telling me "that's what there is" and pointing out a fan in the closet. Because we booked through Booking.com, we couldn't cancel our second night late at night.
The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. On a positive note, the young man at check-out was polite, expressed genuine surprise at the situation, and assured me he would pass the feedback to his manager. However, the overall service was very disappointing.
