Please note that the paid parking space is part of MECC Convention Center. If you wish to use the parking facilities, you can drive straight into the garage and take your parking ticket to the reception. The wellness and fitness facilities are free of charge for hotel guests.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of EUR €25 per pet, per night', per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Verassing op de kamer
Pros:

Ik had een nachtje geboekt voor mijn dochters, de jongste was 21 geworden. Dit was doorgegeven aan het hotel en ze hebben het zeer serieus genomen. Ballonnen en een verjaardagskaart op bed en een zakje chocolaatjes op het bureau. De dames waren zeer positief verrast. En in de bar kregen ze nog een drankje van het huis. Geweldig.!!!

Pros:

silence, location, nice service at the reception..

Cons:

* cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms
* non-functioning amenities such as hot tub, solarium.
* no possibility to order necessary items for the room - there is a QR code in the bathroom that allows you to order fresh towels, additional coffee or bathrobes for the room - the code does not work.
* very high prices in the hotel shop...

I would return for another stay, but would bring groceries.
Pros:

It was near the MECC conference center, which allowed me to sneak back to my room during breaks from the conference and keep in touch at work.

Cons:

The elevators didn‘t work for the first two days and room service had been discontinued without warning.
