Standard Rooms extremely small, lack of opening window made it very stuffy.
Clean and friendly
While the location was close to our concert venue and we walked over in daylight, we didn't feel safe at night and took a taxi.
Rooms were very small for a new hotel. A tiny room with a double bed, but you only had access to one side of the bed, so someone has to climb inside.
Tiny room, breakfast not included
Thank goodness there was a lobby to sit in because you couldn't sit in your room.
I didn't like having to climb over another person to get out of bed.

The bed is the most comfortable bed ever.
Location is great with plenty of restaurants close by and a luas stop 5 mins away. The airport ecpress bus stop is 3 mins away on Arran Quay.

Good staff and breakfast
Position isn’t good, at night you can feel unsafe, for the centre is at least 20 min walk and in this 20minutes you have to pay attention to all the homeless and crackhead.
The room looked like a prison, no windows that can be opened.
The Geographic location.
I had requested a room on an upper floor well in advance, but upon arriving exactly at our agreed time, I was told they hadn't seen my preference. Instead, they assigned me a room on the ground floor (Floor 0), which turned out to be extremely small.
After some insistence on my part, they suddenly claimed they could give me an upper-floor room after all, but only if I was willing to wait because it wasn't ready. Forcing guests to choose between a cramped, undesirable room or an inconvenient delay—especially after arriving punctually—feels like a very cheap and disappointing tactic. Very frustrating experience.
