A very nice play to stay with family and children. Peaceful and beautiful
Pros:

Decent spread of breakfast. Initial look is not good. But once you enter the property it is good. They have an observation deck and a swimming pool which looks different, because it's not tiled. Cool climate. Staff also good. Peaceful place. Cheap on booking.com than booking directly. Good wind in the evening for Kite flying.

Cons:

Evening High tea was not up to the standard. Limited snacks and not served properly. Approach road is little bit narrow.

Pros:

Staff are very helpful and kind I was sick and they offered fruits for me thank you so much ... view is nice

Cons:

the way to the resort in not good ... not clean even cups in the room had food smell down was full of dirt like they didn't clean

Pros:

This place boasts a superb location that's highly recommended for families craving a truly peaceful stay. The pool is absolutely amazing, especially during those magical evening sunsets when the colors light up the sky. The food is decent—nothing extravagant, but perfectly okay and satisfying for casual meals. What really stands out, though, is the friendly and well-mannered staff; they're always helpful, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Cons:

One downside was the chicken—it didn't seem fresh and could easily be identified as frozen before cooking, which affected the taste of dish.

Amazing Service but Remote Location
Pros:

Service was outstanding as well as the food at the restaurant. Amazing views from the Hotel and Balcony. Very friendly staff

Cons:

Very remote location, resort is rather small, no good pathways to walk around the property. Most sites in Munnar require a 45-1 hour cab drive minimum.

Cleanliness of the bathroom could've been better.
