Beautiful hotel, with fantastic rooms in a 10/10 location but no staff, which felt weird.
Pros:

Location is spot on. Right next to really well connected underground and tram stops.
Hotel entrance and lobby is beautiful.
Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom and shower were really really great.
Security was good as room key needed to use lifts.

Cons:

There was no staff. Which I guess is fine. But we didn't know where to go for breakfast and there was no-one to ask. Felt a little odd.
I also added an eco-friendly option to the room, which I thought meant that the room would be cleaned every other day. But it wasn't serviced at all while we were there for 4 nights... and would have requested this had there been staff on reception.

Pros:

Personel przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem, ale też po wymeldowaniu. Było to bardzo wygodne, żeby skorzystać z uroków Berlina bez ograniczeń. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - tramwaj, metro i autobus tuż przy hotelu, ale także blisko głównych atrakcji i zabytków. Sam pokój bardzo czysty i przytulny. Serdecznie polecam. Na pewno kiedyś wrócę do tego hotelu.

Viel gesehen, Berlin ist mit Sicherheit eine interessante Stadt, leider nicht sehr sauber.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, Personal freundlich und offen für Wünsche.

Cons:

Ich bin auf der Treppe schwer gestürzt, weil sie noch vom Wischen feucht war und kein Warnschild aufgestellt war.
Man hat sich schlecht um mich gekümmert. Desinfektionmittel war seit 2022 abgelaufen und es war kein passendes Verbandmaterial vorhanden. Ein Mitarbeiter hat dann widerstrebend Material aus einer nahen Apotheke auf seine Kosten besorgt..
Es scheint kein vorgeschriebener Ersthelfer zu existieren!
Brot war zum Teil altbacken. Ständig wechselndes Personal zum Teil mit sehr schlechten Deutsch- und mäßigen Englischkenntnissen. Empfangspersonal z.T. unflexibel.

Nice and tidy hotel in the city center.
Pros:

The room was nicely designed, it was clean and it had everything what we need. The location was perfect, everything was reachable by foot and even U-bahn station was right in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was lovely but the room tiny and subject to loud music til very late.
Pros:

The breakfast and staff were excellent

Cons:

The room was very small and overlooked a downstairs restaurant that played loud music til 1.00 a.m.As well when we requested an extra pillow there were none available and we were given a long bedding cushion.
