Cosy, easygoing and relaxing
Pros:

Lovely place - amazing location and lovely staff!
Room was clean and well equipped, very very comfortable. Little to no noise from pub downstairs.
Easy to get to from station and right in the heart of betws-y-coed
Great drinks and food in pub, breakfast service fab.

Cons:

WiFi could’ve been better at times and shower had slight drainage issue - nothing major.

Good location BUT..........
Pros:

A great location to stay and plenty of choice in beers.

Cons:

The vegetarian breakfast you were charged a extra £1.95 for a piece of toast, whereas the full non vegetarian the toast was included. Despite all separate items on the dish we're priced the same. I did query it and was told it was (Corporate) group policy. Also some areas of our room could have done with a additional clean. i.e The inside the windows.

Perfectly located in the village for exploring.
Pros:

Bar & restaurant were lovely to sit and have a drink. Lovely beer garden too. Rooms were well thought out and nicely done. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very friendly and not very approachable. We booked several rooms and one in particular was extremely dusty and had dead flies around the window. One room didn’t have a duvet in the duvet cover.

Blij dat ik weer verder kon reizen. Jammer want als de accomodatie iets meer aandacht zou krijgen kan er echt iets moois

De herrie van de auto’s, de keukenlucht. Het rook niet fris. Het eten was niet vers.

Staff were friendly and nice. Comfy bed and a good shower. However the smell of drains was not good.

The shower and bed were both good.

Cons:

We paid for a family room and received a double room. The room smelt of drains- coming from the bathroom. There was evidence of mould throughout the room and bathroom. The paintwork was shoddy and the overall finish was poor. The room was hot during the night so opened the window but the sound of the traffic was loud which resulted in a not very good sleep.

Cons:

Room smelt slightly of damp, the staff to check in were a little slow, they were serving on the bar at the same time. No parking

Disappointing.
Pros:

Snowden was near by and it was in the centre of town.

Cons:

it was a pub and felt like a locals cheap pub. It gave a free glass of wine fir any positive reviews. If you need to do that for a positive review......

Cons:

The pub areas / bathrooms / reception were dirty - lots of dirty glasses on the bar and the floor was dirty and sticky
There had obviously been a flood in the bathroom and the ceiling was coming down in places
the bedroom window was filthy and on the wall under the window either drawing or pencil markings on a large area

Very pleasant and beautiful
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice

Cons:

The wait. We were treated like everyone else waiting for drinks when you expect faster hospitality.
Once settled staff were very nice so it was just the start we waited 15 minutes with luggage
