Staff were friendly. All the bedding was damp. The rooms had a terrible smells no extra blankets for the pull out sofa.

Blankets were damp. Rooms had a terrible smell. No extra blankets were in the rooms for the pull out sofa. Rooms are not really big enough to put a pack and play. If you are using the pull out bed and bedroom. The guest staying on the pull out sofa has to walk through the bedroom to use the restroom no separate entrance into the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff is awesome, always (3rd time visiting) and didn't disappoint. The breakfast is great. Love making my own waffles.

Cons:

We didn't realize that not all rooms come with a fireplace. We had to take our fire logs home with us. I need to remember to request one next time. Our reservations were for June 13, 2026, and the swimming pool was closed for renovations. I'm was very disappointed about that as well.

Würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Hatten eine Bi-Level-Loft Suite die sehr praktisch war. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Anlage selbst mit Pool und Court sehr schön.

Cons:

Es war ein etwas komischer Geruch in Zimmer.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked clean.

The ice machine in the freezer did not produce a lot of ice despite being "on" through my visit.

So close to disney you wont need a parking pass!
Pros:

Full kitchen in the room, dining table and sitting area in the room, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to give space and close doors when ready for bed still allowing others to stay awake and visit. The free breakfast buffet option was great, and how friendly the staff was..The pool was great too! We loved our stay there.

Cons:

We needed more dishes, dishsoap, and garbage bags. We were able to ask for more, but iwould have been easier to just have extras in the room for us knowing we were having a 5 night stay.

Close distance to the park. But the rooms were not clean.
Pros:

It was close to Disneyland and the parking was included. The men working the front desk during check-in were friendly also.

Cons:

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were small bugs in my bed. Judging by the look and online research, they are carpet beetles. There was leftover gift card trash in our nightstand drawer.
One of my nephews slept on the sofa and he woke up with six bites on his legs and arms. We believe these are from bedbugs.
There was an old sock left under the sofa bed.
Our bedroom patio area was very dirty.
There was little to no body wash in the shower. We called the front desk for a refill and they said they would get someone from housekeeping to come up but no one showed.

Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable suite. Breakfast was awesome. Nice location.

Cons:

There was a dirty washcloth in our bathroom when we arrived. I found bobby pins and nails that were probably left behind from the previous guest.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, com cozinha super bem montada. Ficaos no térreo, que foi uma vantagem já que teria que subir com as malas pela escada. Fica 15 minutos de caminhada para o parque, super tranquilo. Servem um café da manhã bem completo. Você pode pedir para arrumar o quarto, se quiser.

Não teve nada.
