The room was huge with two beds, a kitchen area and a seatiing area. The air conditioning was perfect for the 30°+ heat outside. The pool area and bar were lovely and all staff were attentive. Bathrooms were very clean and housekeeping always kept the towels refreshed and restocked shampoo and soap. The hotel was located in a wonderful area - easily accessible to the bars and restaurants.
There was no iron which would have been useful.

Velice pěkné a klidné ubytování. Krasny bazén a velmi klidná lokalita. Personál velmi vstřícný ( zapůjčení fenu + žehličky).
Výborný denní úklid. Snadnà doprava do obchodního centra+nejlepších pláži(Uber)
Snad pouze lepší dovybavení kuchyně v apartmánů např.indukčni varná deska.

Very chilled vibe, comfy large rooms. Nice pool and dock area. Restaurants within walking distance about 20 mins walk from main strip.
On site bar and restaurant quite expensive. You aren’t allowed to eat or drink your own things around the pool area.

Nothing on the website mentioned that the restaurant and bar were closed all day Monday. The restaurant looked it was in a bunker on the property. If it was an adult only property why was there no deep end in the pool. The bar was a joke. One had a choice of two beers Dos XX and Corona. The latter i don’t consider a beer. So in my opinion this is Ana was never a Bar. I would never recommend to an anyone to stay at this hotel. The only aspect that was positive was the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This is for Booking.com, why were these issues I pointed out not posted on the website. Overall very disappointing.
Me gustó muchísimo todo. La limpieza, el tamaño de la habitación, la piscina, la atención del personal. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Cancún no dudaría dónde quedarme nuevamente.
La playa más cercana está un poco lejos, cómo a 30 minutos caminando.
