Absolutely lovely hotel and perfect holiday spot.
Hotel is clean, staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so relaxed.
Hotel sun bed policy is the best I have ever seen and made the holiday so much more relaxing.
Excellent links to local towns, free shuttle bus service or local taxis available. Nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect family hotel we all had the best 2 weeks. Would highly recommend and would revisit ourselves.

Thank you Villa Mandi for another amazing stay !! This was our 5th consecutive year staying here , we love it, reception staff friendly and helpful as always , rooms perfect, maid service excellent, the hotel itself is set in a beautiful location very peaceful and family atmosphere which makes us keep returning , we have already booked to come back July 2027, definitely recommend!

I’m fortunate enough to travel and holiday quite frequently, and we travelled to Villa Mandi on the 18th for two weeks. I have to say, it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, and the team played a huge part in making it so special.

The TUI Reps were some of the friendliest, most fun and entertaining I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

We were on holiday in 30°C heat, with two pools, yet my two children, aged 7 and 3, would choose every single day — sometimes twice a day — to go to “Holiday School” (Kids Club) !They absolutely loved it.

They would then get incredibly excited about getting dressed up and going to the mini disco. They loved every part of it.

I particularly want to give a huge shout-out to Lupina, Nicole, Emma and Willem, who were all incredible, as well as an extra-special shout-out to Pablo, the DJ.

What really stood out was that they didn’t just interact with the children when they were officially “working”. Even when they were off duty, walking past the pool or whenever we crossed paths, they would stop and chat to the girls, entertain them and make them feel special.

That level of care and interaction made a huge impression on us.

I wanted to make a special mention of Pablo who was absolutely fantastic.

His pool games, dancing and general antics were hilarious. We actually preferred the smaller, quieter pool, but whenever Pablo was around, my children would drag me over to the larger pool because they wanted to get involved in whatever game or aqua dancing he was doing!

He created such a fun atmosphere and clearly has a real talent for entertaining both children and adults.

Overall, we thought the hotel was good, but the service was well above and beyond what we expected.

From the serving staff, to the reception team, and especially the TUI Reps and Pablo, everyone contributed to making the holiday such a memorable experience.

We are already discussing booking again for next year — and that never happens! We normally always want to go somewhere new. The fact that we are already considering returning really says everything about how positive our experience was.

I genuinely cannot overstate how much the staff made this holiday for us.

Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone, but especially Lupina, Nicole, Emma, Willem and Pablo. They were fantastic and made such a difference to our children's holiday — and, as a result, to ours too.

Great location away from the main streets. Only a short walk to the towns. Taxis readily available and not too expensive.
Good sized rooms with daily house keeping.
The evening entertainment was hit and miss and infrequent activities around the pool in the day.
Nice welcoming staff and a great selection of food available.
Would definitely come again

Was here for a week the location is OK however you need to catch a taxi everywhere as it's to far to walk to Siam Park and the nearest beach. The entertainment is good and people who stop here seem friendly. Rooms are lovely however did have a cocroach under a glass which wasn't removed by cleaners all week. The service however is atrocious the staff tutting at you around the restaurant as well as food not being catered for children. Can't walk around the pool without anything on your feet, can't take any food for your child from the restaurant even if they do nothing for them available to eat at the outdoor bar. No eating in any indoor area after the restaurant is closed for lunch so have to sit outside. No glasses in the entertainment area after the restaurant. But no rules are anywhere and staff are extremely rude when you break any rule that you wouldn't even have known about. Unfortunately won't be attending this hotel again.

Small, friendly hotel in a quiet location.

• Entertainment team were great - frequently doing activities during the day (water polo, darts, ping pong etc). Special shout out to Pedro who was amazing! My children genuinely loved this guy and we had lots of laughs with him during the games.
Evening entertainment was good for a small hotel - kids mini disco first then an act (parrot show, quiz, singers, magicians, Michael Jackson tribute etc)

• Reception, waiters and bar staff were lovely. Some have trouble with speaking English fluently so at first they seem abrupt but they are genuinely friendly and just trying their best!

• Food was fine. A good range of freshly cooked options that were being topped up regularly and a station for cooking burgers, omelettes and pizzas. Drinks were cheap versions but we didn’t mind and my partner loves the local beer.

• Rooms were big and had brilliant air con (ours was broken on arrival but they sent someone the same afternoon to fix it). Cleaners came regularly to change towels etc.

• 2 pools (1 for fun and 1 for relaxing) were great. Good sized, well kept and monitored by a lifeguard. Cleaning of the pool area occurs between 7.30-8.30ish and the sunbeds were stacked up during this so no one could reserve them early. Once the man had set them all out after cleaning, you could place your towels on them. This meant there were still beds available until about 9.30 which was great. Because it’s such a small hotel it never felt busy and always seemed to be plenty of beds available.

Overall we had an excellent two week stay, thank you Villa Mandi!

We recently spent a week at Villa Mandi and i have nothing but good things to say about it.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was very clean and comfortable.
All of the staff where friendly and helpful.
The food was varied, always hot and plentiful.
The Mercadona supermarket was about a 10 minute walk and bars and restaurants another 5 minutes.
I would definitely recommend Villa Mandi.

Went on our 1st family holiday (son is 5). We loved it at the Villa Mandi! The staff were great - especially the gentleman at reception- always happy and polite.
Room we had an issue with when we arrived but it was sorted quickly. Big bedroom, big shower and bathroom are. A nice little living area with kitchen, dinning table, sofa and tv. Balcony was also nice (we mainly used it to dry clothes).
We went all inclusive. Food was ok-ish, we had omelettes for breakfast, lunch would he freshly made pizza and dinner would be meat freshly made on the grill with rice / salad etc. Desserts were nice cakes and fruit.
Drinks were ok, usual drinks included in the all in.
Kids entertainment was fab! My son loved the disco in the evening and the entertainment after the kids disco most kids enjoyed as well.
We did not use the kids club as we ended up busy most days.
There is an onsite supermarket which is expensive or you can go to a bigger supermarket which is a 10min walk.
The pool was nice, not over crowded and we also got a deck even though we never got there early.
The beach and main restaurants / shops were a good 30mins walk which did not bother us as we love to walk and it meant nights were quiet around the hotel.
We had unlimited access to Siam Park and went 3 times and esch time we went we loved it like the first !!!
We loved the holiday, great holiday for my son’s first holiday and he made some great memories! We would love to go back!

Lovely little hotel, which meant nothing ever felt too busy. It's not too far from the beach.
The walk to the local main supermarket is very questionable.
The food was never particularly hot, even when the restaurant had just opened.
The rooms are a good size, but we had quite a few bugs, including cockroaches and the surprise visit of a praying mantis.
The kids' club was amazing, and I couldn't fault the TUI team. They were always around and interacting with the children.
Most of the staff were good, except for the "happy chef", who refused to cook a fresh omelette for my child because the ones on the buffet were stone cold.
The bartender was just as unhelpful, seeming more interested in serving all-inclusive drinks for the restaurant than customers at the bar. He kept us waiting for an ice-cream over five minutes before we gave up and walked to the local shop instead.
All in all, it was an okay stay, but we won't be returning.

We had a great stay at Hotel Villa Mandi. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after throughout our visit. The staff were brilliant—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

For the price you can’t go wrong. meals were okay I’m a fussy eater and I managed to eat while I was there. Bar shut a little early (23:00) but I just went around to Mercadona a bought a 6 pack of Dorada for €3.50. It was a nice hotel and if I was to go back to Tenerife I would go back to villa mandi. The Siam park acces saved us around 230 as we went twice. Overall wasn’t a bad shout would recommend to anyone who isn’t a fussy person!
